Objective: To study the diagnostic value of CT enterography and double-balloon enteroscopy in diagnosing intestinal diseases. Methods: Forty-five patients with clinically suspected small bowel disease from December 2016 to February 2018 were prospectively collected.Double balloon enteroscopy(DBE)and CT enterography imaging(CTE)were performed. After the DBE examination, the image was diagnosed. On the second day of the CTE examination, the arterial and venous lines of the same patient were examined in a supine position and the prolonged period was in the prone position. The intestine filling levels in the supine and prone position images were respectively scored, and the diameters of the filling intestines were measured in each group. The differences in intestinal filling patency between the two groups were compared. The lesions were analyzed and classified on the simple supine position and combined with the supine and prone position images. The differences in the detection rates between the two groups were compared. The analysis of DBE and CTE examinations showed no difference in the detection rate of small bowel disease. The ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficiency between the two examinations.Result:1)The intestinal filling score in the prone position was higher than that in the supine position, with statistical significance(P<0.05);2)In the prone position, the filling value of the intestine in the descending part of the duodenum, the proximal jejunum, the distal part of the jejunum, and the proximal, middle and distal part of the ileum was higher than that in the supine position, with statistical difference(P<0.05);3)There was no significant difference in the detection rate of CTE between supine position and supine prone position(P>0.05).4)Compared between CTE and DBE groups, the difference between the CTE in the supine position and the DBE in the supine position was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the CTE in the supine and prone position was significantly different from the DBE detection rate(P< 0.05).5)There was no significant difference in the efficacy of CTE and DBE in the diagnosis of small bowel disease(P>0.05).Conclusion:1)Although the prone position has little effect on the detection of small bowel disease compared with the supine position, the prone position is conducive to the filling and expansion of the intestine, which is of great value for clinical selection of small bowel CT examination methods;2)CTE and DBE have good diagnostic efficacy for small bowel disease.CTE has higher detection of small bowel disease than DBE.The detection rate is 75.6%.
