Clinical Application Value Of Ultrasound Guided Core Needle Biopsy In The Diagnosis Of Breast Cancer

Objective: To investigate the clinical application value of ultrasound guided core needle biopsy in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods: 80 female patients with suspected breast cancer were diagnosed and treated in our department from January 2015 to January 2017.All 80 patients with suspected breast cancer underwent ultrasound guided core needle biopsy(CNB)and fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC)before operation.The pathological examination of the puncture tissue was performed in the experimental group,and the needle aspiration tissue cytology test was used as the control group.All the 80 patients underwent surgical resection of the lesion,and concurrent pathological examination was performed.Objective to evaluate the accuracy of preoperative ultrasound guided core needle biopsy and fine needle aspiration cytology and postoperative pathological examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Results: The diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer was 94.4% in the experimental group and 72.2% in the control group.The false negative rate of patients in the experimental group was 1.4%,and the false negative rate of 16.7% in the control group was significantly reduced.The accuracy of the two groups in the diagnosis of breast cancer was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The accuracy rate of ultrasound guided core needle biopsy before surgery in the diagnosis of breast cancer is high,the operation is simple,safe and convenient,less damage to patients,provides support for the accurate pathological diagnosis of breast cancer before surgery,formulation of operation scheme of neoadjuvant therapy selection and improve the rate of breast conserving surgery has important guidance meaning.
