| In the treatment of fractures,the common interlocking intramedullary nail is the static type of the intramedullary nail,and the locking screws is a very important component.there is a defect of fatigue fracture in the locking nail,which is not conducive to fracture healing,and needs to be operated again to increase the patient’s pain.with the application of finite element technology,it has been widely used in medicine,so a new kind of locking pin is designed to study its fatigue characteristics.the main research contents are as follows:This paper describes the research status of intramedullary nail,and finds out the present problems in the study of intramedullary nailing and locking nail,and puts forward the meaning and purpose of the project,and determines the direction of research.According to the theory of material mechanics,it is concluded that the design is based on the shape of the high threaded ellipsoid locking screws structure,and the rationality of the structure design is analyzed.thread structure is designed to be high thread,where the thread advantage is.The three-dimensional model of tibia was obtained by CT scan,and the tibial 3d model was processed by Mimics and Geomagic Studio.according to the parameters of the selected model,the intramedullary nailing and the locking nails structure were drawn in Pro/E,and the tibial bone was assembled with them to get the corresponding structural model.According to the process of ANSYS Workbench analysis,the static structure analysis method is used,using ANSYS Workbench analysis two models,tibia intramedullary nailing model,two kinds of locking model of static analysis process in detail.the static analysis results show that,under the same conditions,the stress of the hammer is less concentrated and the displacement deformation is small compared with the ordinary locking nails.Based on the basic theory of fatigue analysis,nCode fatigue analysis characteristics,determination of fatigue analysis methods and procedures.according to the results of ANSYS Workbench static analysis,two kinds of nail model and two kinds of locking model are analyzed in nCode.the results of fatigue analysis show that the fatigue life of the locking nail is better than that of ordinary locking nails.Comparative analysis of fatigue simulation and fatigue mechanical test results.results show that the fatigue life value is very close,the change trend is consistent.the comprehensive analysis of the advantages of high thread,concluded that the high thread locking screws is more resistant to fatigue than the common thread locking screws. |
