Objective:To analyze the clinical features of kawasaki disease(KD)combined with Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)infection and explore the relationship between EBV and KD.Methods:Using retrospective study method, find the KD children in hospital, collecting clinical data of gender, age, clinical manifestation, heating time, intravenous immunoglobulin(IVIG)treatment effect, and related laboratory results include blood routine, blood biochemical indexes, inflammatory indexes, such as C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),procaicltonin(PCT),EBV serological antibody,EBV-DNA,bacteria culture and respiratory pathogens antibody test results, echocardiography results during hospitalization.According to EBV serological antibodies and EB-DNA test results the children can be divided into acute EBV infection group(19 cases),previous EBV infection group(17 cases),no EBV infection group(21 cases),various clinical features were analyzed respectively.Results:1.The hospitalization days of KD children with acute EBV infection were significantly longer than that of the previous infection group and control group(P < 0.05).2.Incomplete KD(IKD)patients have the largest number in the acute infection group, and the chi-square test results were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The acute infection group of coronary artery lesions(coronary artery lesions,CAL)incidence rate is higher than that of the other two groups, the results have statistical difference(P < 0.05).4.The inflammatory index of acute infection group was CRP and ESR,which was higher than that of the previous infection group and control group, and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).5.The increase of ALB and ck-mb in the acute infection group was statistically significant, and the CK-MB was significantly different from the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of IKD increased with acute EBV infection in KD and the hospitalization days of these patients were prolonged.Inflammatory markers, such as CRP and ESR,increased ALB and CK-MB,indicating that patients with acute EBV infection were more inflammatory and more likely to cause vascular injury.
