| ObjectiveTo analysis the current status in papers of Syndecan-1 and PI3K-AKT-mTOR,and seek the relationship of Syndecan-1 and PI3K-AKT-mTOR in stomach cancer.The aim of this study is to observe the expression of Syndecan-1 and mTOR in stomach cancer,and discuss the correlation between the expression of Syndecan-1 or mTOR,further to investigate invasion behavior and clinical pathology of stomach cancer.MethodsComputer retrieved was conducted to search CCNKI?CBM?WANFANG?PubMed and EMbase.Our study extracted the information of author and keywords by BICOMS.software,at the same time,the figure of network of author and keywords were prepared by NetDraw and gCLUTO.Immunohistochmical SP was performed to detect the expression of Syndecan-1 and PI3K-AKT-mTOR in frozen section of surgical samples from 52 patients with stomach cancer and52 samples of normal stomach tissues.Results1.There was a serious imbalance in the number of the distribution of authors,journal and province in Syndecan-1,which were divided seven research teams,although more and more researcher focused on the network meta-analysis,there must be relationships among different researchers and research institutions at the same time,there were three research topic in Chinese papers.While there was also a serious imbalance in the number of the distribution of authors,journal and province in PI3K-AKT-mTOR,which were divided eight research teams,although more and more researcher focused on the network meta-analysis,there must be relationships among different researchers and research institutions at the same time,there were four research topic in Chinese papers.2.There was a serious imbalance in the number of the distribution of authors,journal andcountries in Syndecan-1,which were divided 11 research teams,and meanwhile,there were four research topic in foreign papers.While there was also a serious imbalance in the number of the distribution of authors,journal and countries in in PI3K-AKT-mTOR,which were divided seven research teams,meanwhile,there were four research topic in foreign papers.3.The expression of Syndecan-1 in stomach cancer was significantly lower than the normal stomach tissues(p<0.05).It is also associated with the clinical stages,infiltration and lymph node invasion of gastric cancer.4.The expression of mTOR in stomach cancer was significantly higher than the normal stomach tissues(p<0.05).It is also associated with the clinical stages,infiltration and lymph node invasion of gastric cancer.5.There were significant negative correlation between the expression of Syndecan-1 or m TOR in normal stomach tissue(r=0.458.p=0.012),but negative correlations with stomach cancer(r=-0.324.p=0.019).Conclusions1.The papers of Syndecan-1 and PI3K-AKT-mTOR in the world are less number of participating in many of authors,core authors,research institutions and journals are widely distributed in the future,we should focused more research topic.2.Syndecan-1 was mainly expressed in normal stomach tissues.It is also associated with the clinical stages,infiltration and lymph node invasion of gastric cancer.3.mTOR was mainly expressed in stomach cancer tissues.It is also associated with the clinical stages,infiltration and lymph node invasion of gastric cancer.4.There was a significant negative correlation with the expression of Syndecan-1 and m TOR.Combine with them will contribute to the clinical diagnosis and effective evaluate metastasis and judge the prognosis of the tumor. |
