With the development of digital image processing technology,Three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the medical aid diagnosis and treatment work highlights its advantages. It has made great progress. In the medical treatment process,Three-dimensional econstruction technology refers to the use of computational imaging techniques, such as computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging to get the medical image data.According to the characteristics of the image we want to select a suitable three-dimensional reconstruction algorithm as needed, and then to obtain a 360-degree observation of three-dimensional projection images.Three-dimensional reconstruction of medical images is a hot topic of current research. It involves a number of disciplines, including computer graphics, biomedical, digital image processing, and other disciplines.Medical image three-dimensional reconstruction is applied in the medical diagnosis before surgery, surgical guidance, simulated surgery and medical teaching. It has an important application value and academic research value.Today, there are more and more lung disease patients, and it is relatively difficult to check the lung disease.Pulmonary disease judgments are often affected by lung parenchyma,it is difficult to see the lung trachea, tumor and other parts.using three-dimensional reconstruction technique can make the doctor clear and intuitive view of the internal relationship between the lung tissue and the surrounding tissue, and get the accurate diagnosis result. The main steps of the first acquisition of CT data, format DICOM 3.0,targeted to deal with medical images, and then through the three-dimensional reconstruction technology to draw the human body organs and the surrounding tissue of the three-dimensional model, displayed on the screen, the application of 3-d reconstruction helps doctors examine the 3-d structures of the internal body organs more visually and quantitatively..In this paper,a new three-dimensional variational framework is proposed for the difficult situation of lung disease diagnosis. For the first time, the elliptic fitting method and the whole variational method are combined, and the full variational model is extended to the threedimensional space. In the three-dimensional space. The output image becomes a function that can be transformed in continuous space.By adjusting the output function, the denoising and segmentation can be done at the same time without using the denoising and segmentation method, respectively,to improve the efficiency. The method includes a two-step segmentation program.First, use the ellipse fitting method to extract the CT chest image to remove the ribs.Secondly, the improved total variational method is used to smooth the image, and the image segmentation is performed by changing the threshold value. In this paper, the segmentation algorithm is combined with the VTK toolkit to develop a computer-aided diagnosis and treatment system using the mobile cube algorithm(MC)and the light projection method. The three-dimensional reconstruction of the CT images of the lungs is carried out.At the same time, the whole framework of the system, the function of each module, the two-dimensional image processing, the three-dimensional drawing and the three-dimensional rendering and the experimental results are presented in detail. Finally, the effect is displayed through the real case.Experiments show that the three-dimensional reconstruction of the computer system to achieve the CT image segmentation and three-dimensional reconstruction, visual observation of the lesion area, the development of surgical plans for surgery to reduce the risk of pulmonary assistance in the treatment can play a significant role.
