In recent years,people often encounter various sudden situations,resulting in sudden cardiac arrest(CA)and sudden death.According to incomplete statistics,about 6 million people die of sudden cardiac arrest every year in the world.In China,the people of sudden death is nearly 600 thousand per year,and cardiac arrest accounts for about 80%.The timely and effective implementation of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)is the main first-aid for the recovery from cardiac arrest.Taking real patients as training objects,it’s difficult to accept for patients and their families,and that can result in medical disputes.The contradiction between the number of students and the needs of typical cases is becoming more and more obvious.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop and design a set of CPR analog human structure to carry out simulation training.In this paper,a set of simulated structure of CPR analog human is designed,based on the latest standard of CPR guidelines and bionic design method.According to the key factors of CPR mentioned in the standard,some relative functional structures are designed and optimized.First of all,the concept of CPR,the current status of CPR and analog human are summarized,and the practical significance of the study on CPR analog human is discussed.Then,according to the requirements of the structure design,the design scheme of each structure is put forward.Afterwards,all the functional structures are explained in detail,including surface structure of the body and head,thoracic structure,breathe structure,neck skin fixed and rotation structure,neck connection and rotation structure,air bag in body,belly air bag and its baffle structure.Body appearance and chest structure are emphatically discussed.For the appearance design of human body,reverse engineering method is used to complete data acquisition,encapsulation,noise reduction and surface fitting through existing analog human.The modeling of various surfaces and their relative structures are realized based on the comparison of multi scheme for thickening surfaces.For thoracic structure design,the bionic design is employed on the basis of the anatomical structure of human chest.Finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate and optimize the chest structure,where constraints are set according to the relationship between compressing depth and load in medical research.Finally,after the assembly of all the structures and project of the control module,the design is finished for the whole training system of CPR analog human.The CPR analog human structure designed in this paper can provide a more realistic training for CPR,guide and standardize rescuers to implement the recovery operation with high quality and efficiency.The human CPR simulator is very important for improving people’s first aid technique,and it has a good promotion value.
