Report And Literature Analysis Of The Cases Of Ovarian Cancer With Breast Metastases

Objective:The clinical manifestations,imaging examination,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of breast metastases of ovarian cancer were discussed in order to further enrich the knowledge of breast metastasis of ovarian cancer.To provide more clinical advice for the diagnosis and treatment of breast metastasis of ovarian cancer.Methods:In the aspects of symptoms,diagnosis and treatment,curative effect and prognosis of the disease,the treatment of the special metastasis of ovarian cancer mammary gland was expounded and analyzed by the way of case report and related literature,and the clinical guidance was also given.Results:It was found that the symptoms of metastasis of ovarian cancer were similar to those of breast cancer.They were all breast masses.They should be combined with pathology,history differentiation,treatment and treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.Surgery was the main treatment and chemotherapy could be combined with targeted therapy.Local radiotherapy,but poor prognosis.Conclusions:Breast metastasis of ovarian cancer is rare in clinic,surgery is the main treatment,chemotherapy is auxiliary,local radiotherapy can be used to control the related symptoms,and can be used in combination with targeted drugs,and closely follow up the condition of the disease to dynamically observe the state of the disease.
