A Comparative Study Of Light Level Tablet And 3D Weight Patch In Transabdominal Preperitoneal Operation

Objective: To compare the effect of light level tablet and 3D weight patch in the application of transabdominal preperitoneal prosthetic(TAPP).Methods: Sixty cases of patients with inguinal hernia which undergoing TAPP were collected.All patients were divided into light level tablet group(A group)and 3D weight patch(B group),30 cases of each group,according to the usage of the patch in the operation.The difference of patch placement time,the first time of ambulation,postoperative complication,VAS score of neurological pain in 1,3,6 months after surgery and hernia relapse in 6 months after postoperation were recorded and compared between the two group.Results: To compare the patch placement time and the first time of ambulation in two groups,there were no statistical significance(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of VAS scores in two groups over time,but the neurological pain VAS score in light level tablet group was lower than that in 3D weight patch group in 1 months after postoperation(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,no complications and hernia recurrence were observed in two groups.Conclusion: The application of light level tablet in TAPP could alleviate pain in early stage after operation.
