| Objective:The purpose of this study was to study the changes of the radiation toxicity and nutritional status in patients with head and neck tumor patients during radiotherapy,and to analyze the relationship between the changes of the radiation toxicity and the changes of the nutritional status,and to analyze the causes of the changes of the radiation toxicity and the changes of the nutritional status.Methods:From October 2013 to July 2014,the cancer patients receiving and treatment of head and neck radiotherapy were selected as the research object,the design questionnaire was collected.The patients were treated with four times,tenth times,Twentieth times,and the nutritional status of patients.The data were analyzed using SPSS 19 software.Pearson correlation analysis and t test were used to analyze the relationship between the tenth,twenty,,and the end of each time node.Results:(1)A total of 78 patients were involved in this study,the proportion of male and female patients were 62.8% and 37.2%,the average age was 57.3 years old,the Han nationality patients accounted for 44.9%,the minority patients accounted for 55.1%.(2)The start of radiotherapy to the ten times,the patient began radiation toxicity,which reaction of the skin,mucosa reaction and xerostomia proportion of patients were 52.6%,34.6% and 39.7%,the reaction rate until the end of radiotherapy were raised to 100%,97.4%,82.1%,and the proportion of patients with symptoms of dysphagia voice hoarse respectively by radiotherapy for ten times by 9% and 3.8% increase to the end of radiotherapy of 52.6% and 42.3%.(3)The weight change of head and neck cancer patients is obvious,the proportion of patients with weight loss after radiotherapy has reached 92.3%,the average weight loss of 78 patients before and after radiotherapy,3.3% of the average weight loss,the difference ofweight change before and after radiotherapy has statistical significance.The nutritional status of patients with head and neck cancer patients during radiotherapy,to the end of radiotherapy,the total number of malnourished people,accounting for 78.2%,of which11 patients with severe malnutrition,accounting for 14.1%,before and after the changes in nutritional status of radiation has statistical significance.(4)Correlation analysis showed that the radiation toxicity was related to the volume of the target area,and the radiation toxicity was associated with weight loss during radiotherapy,and the toxicity was related to the nutritional status and the P value was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)In patients with head and neck cancer radiotherapy radiation toxicity reaction during radiotherapy ten times when skin reactions occur in the mucosa reaction and dry mouth symptoms,with treatment increased the number of symptoms continued to increase,to the end of radiotherapy radiation toxicity in the heaviest.(2)There was a positive correlation between the volume of the target area and the radiation toxicity,which indicated that the larger the target volume,the more serious the radiation toxicity.(3)The more weight loss in patients with radiation toxicity,the worse nutritional status.(4)The changes of the radiation toxicity affect the nutritional status of patients,and the volume of the target area is affected by the size of the radiation toxicity.By studying the relationship between the radiation and the radiation toxicity and the nutritional status of patients,it can provide a certain basis for the clinical treatment. |
