Objective: To explore the application value of contrast—enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses by observing the enhancement pattern features and analyzing the time—intensity calTes.To evaluate the perfusion of different regions of interest in breast cancer by contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and to investigate the enhancement pattern of Ki-67 positive lesion and the correlation between the perfusion parameters and the different expression of Ki-67.Methods: 60 cases of benign and malignant breast lesions diagnosed by pathology were collected.Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and QLAB software were used to analyze the two groups of lesions,and the difference of contrast-enhanced mode between the two groups was obtained.At the same time,the time-intensity curves of different regions of interest in the marginal zone,the central tissue of breast cancer and 2 cm normal breast tissue adjacent to the lesion were analyzed and compared.The correlation between the enhanced patterns of different Ki-67 expression and the perfusion parameters of the marginal zone of cancer was analyzed.Results: The enhancement pattern between the benign and malignant breast lesions and the perfusion of three different regions of interest of the breast lesions were different(P<0.05).The enhancement of malignant lesions was faster and more intense than benign lesions..After contrast,the enhancement range of malignant lesions was larger than that of conventional ultrasound,.and the enhancement range of benign lesions was similar to that of conventional ultrasound.(P<0.05).There were differences in breast cancer with three different regions of interest(p<0.05).(P <0.05).The marginal zone of the cancer was fast forward and slow retreat,high enhancement compared with the central tissue and the 2cm adjacent normal breast tissue(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression pattern of Ki-67 positive breast cancer(P >0.05),all are fast forward slow retreat(76.67%),high enhancement(70%),and the distribution of contrast agent were not uniform(68.33%),The range of lesions enlarged after angiography(71.67%).The correlation between Ki-67 and marginal zone of the cancer was positive in the peak intensity and the area under the curve.(R = 0.742,0.447,P <0.05),and negatively correlated in peak time(r=-0.618,P <0.05).Conclusion: The CEUS enhancement pattem combined with the time—intensity CuITe has a certain value for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.The marginal zone of breast cancer is the most active region of breast cancer.The positive expression of Ki-67 makes breast cancer more invasive.At the same time,the value of noninvasive contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of invasive breast cancer was evaluated.
