Objective:To provide theoretical basis for intervention and treatment with the study the pathogenesis and possible metabolic markers of obesity based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods:People in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region people's hospital physical examination center, metabolic surgery center health examination and hospitalization from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research object. The metabolic profile of Urine in three groups was analyzed by GC-MS method and compared with the difference of urine metabolic components between the three groups. Results:The total ion flow patterns of the three groups showed that there were significant differences in some spectral peak signals between obese,hyper-racial and normal control groups.PCA and MPP were used to analyze the metabolic profiles of two groups of urine samples and the result showed that the clusters of the three groups were basically completely separated, but most of them were in the same area of three-dimensional space.Establish model:189compounds were got after filtering and screening with probability>75%between groups. The probability of occurrence in that group was 100%and 16 compound were obtained.ONEWAY ANOVA analysis, multiple comparisons between groups,12 different variables such as glycerol, threonic acid, threitol oxalic acid P<0.05 compounds were found. Conclusion:The urine of Xinjiang obese population contains many body weight related metabolites. The discovery of the differential metabolites has a positive significance in the study of the pathogenesis of obesity and its complications, also for the study of obesity prevention and treatment in Xinjiang.
