Objective: To establish a normal reference standard for the early, middle and late pregnancy of pregnant women in this laboratory, and to analyze the dynamic changes of the thyroid hormone in pregnant women with pregnancy. Methods: the first trimester pregnant women of early pregnancy were selected from January 2015 to June 2017 in our department and obstetrics outpatient department, and 140 pregnant women were followed up to meet the standard. In the early, middle, late period of pregnancy, the thyroid function was analyzed by blood test,After excluding 17 pregnant women who lost their visits and failed to meet the inclusion criteria, the final 123 pregnant women entered the observation group, and 261 non pregnant women were the control group. Results: the reference ranges of thyroid hormones in early, middle and late pregnancy are: FT3(3.65-6.96)pmol/L,(3.27-6.32)pmol/L,(2.70-5.17)pmol/L;FT4(10.93-22.78)pmol/L,(9.78-18.52)pmol/L,(8.50-16.21)pmol/L;TSH(0.03-5.90)mlU/L,(0.28-5.17)mlU/L,(0.94-6.39)mlU/L?2.with the development of pregnancy,FT3,FT4 gradually decreased,TSH first decreased, the lowest in the second trimester, and then gradually increased.3.according to the reference standard formulated in this study, the reference range of the 2011 ATA guide and the 2012 CSE guide is the standard. The consistency test of the detection rate of TSH abnormality suggests that the reference range of this study in the early pregnancy is not consistent with the reference range recommended by the 2011 ATA guide, and the reference model recommended by the 2012 CSE guide is a reference model. The reference range of this study was less consistent with the reference range recommended by the ATA guide in 2011,and was in good agreement with the reference range recommended by the 2012 CSE guide. The reference range of this study in the late pregnancy was in poor consistency with the reference range recommended by the 2011 ATA guide, and recommended by the 2012 CSE guide. The reference range is generally consistent. Conclusion: the reference range of thyroid hormone in pregnant women is significantly different from that of non pregnant women. The reference range of pregnancy women in this study is different from the reference range recommended by the ATA guide in 2011 and in accordance with the reference range recommended by CSE in 2012...
