Objective Study the relationship between nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and coronary heart disease(CHD)in Uygur nationality of Xinjiang, and explore whether NAFLD is an independent risk factor of CHD.Methods A total of 248 Uygur patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region people's hospital from may 2016 to December 2017 were selected, among whom 148 patients diagnosed with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were the experimental group(NAFLD group)and 100 patients without nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were the control group(NON-NAFLD group). The risk factors of coronary heart disease, such as sex, age, body mass index, blood fat, liver function, glycosylated hemoglobin, coagulation function, uric acid, white blood cells, platelets and the degree of neck plaque and coronary artery stenosis, were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Univariate analysis of influencing coronary artery lesion showed that fatty liver,PT,FIB and D-dimer were correlated with the degree of coronary artery lesion,so these four indicators were brought into linear regression analysis, and the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that fatty liver and d-dimer were all meaningful indicators influencing the degree of coronary artery lesion,p < 0.05.Results BMI,FIB,glycosylated hemoglobin,D-dimer,uric acid, glucose, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein and platelet levels in NAFLD group were higher than those in NON – NAFLD group. The stenosis degree of coronary artery disease is more serious.Univariate analysis of influencing coronary artery lesion showed that fatty liver,PT,FIB and D-dimer were correlated with the degree of coronary artery lesion,so these four indicators were brought into linear regression analysis, and the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that fatty liver and d-dimer were all meaningful indicators influencing the degree of coronary artery lesion,p < 0.05.Conclusion Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and d-dimer are independent influencing factors of coronary artery disease in Uygur people in Xinjiang. The degree of coronary artery stenosis is higher in people with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. The higher the d-dimer level, the higher the degree of coronary heart disease.
