Objective:To explore the related factors and characteristics of esophageal cancer(EC)in Xinjiang so as to provide reference for future clinical prevention of esophageal cancer.Methods:This article selects from January 2010 to January 2016 during the visit to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,diagnosed as esophageal cancer in 324 patients,including 195 males and 129 females,the use of random number table method,select the same period in this book The hospital has not been diagnosed with any tumor in 657 patients,including 396 males and 259 females.Case-control study was used to analyze the related factors and characteristics of esophageal cancer.Results:Leading to more risk factors for esophageal cancer,the study found that type 2 diabetes(years?2 years)may lead to esophageal cancer-related risk factors,and prolonged irregular use of insulin(longer than 2 years)can increase esophageal cancer The incidence of risk.At the same time,a large number of smoking,prolonged alcoholism,hyperlipidemia,body mass index(BMI)?24Kg/m~2,esophageal diverticulum may be a risk factor for esophageal cancer.Conclusion:Leading to the pathogenesis of esophageal cancer risk factors are more found in type 2 diabetes and the use of insulin and esophageal cancer there is a certain correlation,it should be susceptible to high-risk subgroup of esophageal cancer in patients with diabetes to do a primary and secondary prevention;At the same time,to deal with other risk factors that may lead to esophageal cancer to further prevent and reduce the incidence of esophageal cancer.
