Treatment Of Dual Atrioventricular Nodal Pathways Using Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation Under The Guidance Of The Ensite NavX 3D Mapping System

Objective :To explore the effectiveness and safety of Radiofrequency ablation guided by Ensite Navx three-dimensional mapping system for atrioventricular nodal dual pathways.Methods: A total of 287 patients who underwent radiofrequency ablation of atrioventricular nodal radiotherapy were enrolled in the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from July 2015 to December 2017.Divided into the observation group and the control group,162 patients were included in the observation group led by the Ensite Navx three-dimensional mapping system,and the remaining 115 patients were included in the control group under the conventional X-ray..Simultaneously,compare to two groups for X-ray irradiation time and exposure dose,operation time,immediate success rate and complication.Results: Compared with the control group,the X-ray irradiation time(2.4±1.3min VS 2.5±1.2min,P>0.05)and X-ray exposure doses(1.5±1.2mGy VS 1.4±1.0mGy,P>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference.During the operation of the ablation catheter,the observation group X-ray exposure time [(5.1 ± 2.1)min VS(14.1 ± 3.1)min,P <0.05] and X-ray exposure dose [(5.4 ± 2.6)mGyVS(18.3 ± 4.3)mGy,P <0.05] and total operation time [(52.1 ± 18.6)min VS(62.3 ± 21.6)min,P <0.05] were shorter than those in the control group(70.23%;76.05%;14.6%).The difference was statistically significant.All patients in both groups were successfully ablated.There was no recurrence in the third month after surgery.Conclusion: Radiofrequency ablation for DAVNP guided by Ensite Navx Three-dimensional mapping system can significantly reduce the X-ray exposure time and exposure dose during RFCA operation,thus reduce the total X-ray fluoroscopy time and exposure dose;The total operation time and exposure dose can be shortened to a certain extent,but there is no statistically difference in which its success rate and the X-ray exposure time and the exposure dose during the course of the mapping between the two groups.
