Objective:To study the ultrasonic signs of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC)b y conventional ultrasound combined with shear wave elastography(SWE),and to fi nd out the ultrasonic elasticity score of thyroid papillary carcinoma,the clinicopath ological parameters and connective tissue The correlation between the expression of connective tissue growth factor(CTGF)and the clinical significance of this correl ation.Methods:Patients from 2016 to 2017 who visited the affiliated Tumor Hospita l of Xinjiang Medical University who had been diagnosed with thyroid lesions by imaging examination were selected as the study subjects,Using SuperSonic Imagine Aix Plorer SWE ultrasound diagnostic apparatus.All suspicious thyroid nodule lesio ns have a complete two-dimensional ultrasound image and elastic data.pathological data of all patients and related clinical data integrity.After the pathology confirmed a total of 250 patients,a total of 306 lesions,intraoperative fresh mass and surro unding normal tissue specimens,immunohistochemistry to identify the expression of CTGF.In addition,the univariate analysis of ultrasound,clinical indicators and CT GF expression was performed.At the same time,CTGF was used as the dependen t variable and the sonographic features of thyroid papillary carcinoma were taken a s independent variables.Logistic regression model was established for multivariate analysis.Results:Univariate analysis showed that the morphology was irregular and t he border was unclear.The aspect ratio greater than 1 had some correlation with t he expression of CTGF in PTC,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Afterwards,multivariate analysis showed that the irregular shape and the aspect ratio of more than 1 were the factors that caused the higher expression of CTGF.After processing data study,these differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Con clusion:Thyroid papillary carcinoma ultrasound manifestations,irregular shape,the boundary is unclear,an aspect ratio greater than 1 is related to the high expression of CTGF.Comprehensive analysis found that the hardness of PTC lesions and CT GF expression levels are associated with the conventional ultrasound diagnosis of b enign and malignant thyroid lesions associated with the main indicators of the hard ness of PTC lesions more than CTGF factors Hashimoto's thyroiditis can also affec t the PTC Hardness,and irregular shape,aspect ratio ? 1 is an independent factor of CTGF.The degree of fibrosis of the lesion is related to the pathological struct ure of the lesion itself,and has nothing to do with the individual characteristics.
