| Objective: By analyzing the epidemic trend of the pathogen of community-acquired pneumonia in children in a tertiary first-class hospital in Xinjiang,to identify the common causes of community-acquired pneumonia in children, which provided evidence support for early clinical diagnosis and empirical treatment. Methods: From January 2012-2016 year in December of a hospital in Xinjiang after admission using intravenous antibiotics before 13668 cases of community acquired pneumonia sputum culture specimens and serum samples of respiratory pathogens in 9 test results, analysis and statistical description of the positive bacteria and pathogens..Results:(1)A total of 63 pathogenic bacteria were isolated from sputum culture, the top 6 are Acinetobacter baumanniii 、 Klebsiella pneumoniae、Escherichia coli、Streptococci viridans、Pseudomonas aeruginosa、Neisseria sicca.(2)The total positive rate of respiratory tract pathogens was 17.5% in 7159patients(1,254/7159),the first few are Mycoplasma pneumoniae, influenza B virus, parainflurovirus 123,respiratory syncytial virus and adenovirus. Conclusions: In the past5 years, the distribution of common pathogenic bacteria in children’s community acquired pneumonia in a tertiary first-class hospital in Xinjiang has changed, and the total number and types of pathogenic bacteria have increased.AB and KP have become the main bacteria species,as well as the total number of respiratory pathogens.Mycoplasma pneumoniae and influenza B virus are the main pathogens.Because of the simple clinical manifestation is not enough to make a clear diagnosis,so the epidemic trend of respiratory pathogens should be clearly defined to achieve the purpose of rapid diagnosis. At the same time,it provides theoretical support for Clinical empiric drug use. |
