Objective: Through the observation and research of 200 patients of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris, the abnormal body fluids and cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and the relationships between the intima-media thickness of the carotid artery,to explore the internal relation between them and to guide clinical treatment and provide reasonable intervention and improve the clinical curative effect. Methods: 200 cases were collected according to Western diagnostic criteria of SAP patients, and classified different types of syndrome differentiation based on the criteria of abnormal body fluid classification in Uyghur medicine. The general data of the patients and indexes in the above were recorded and the statistical test was carried out to analyze the relationship between the indexes and the SAP syndrome type in Uyghur medicine. Results: The result of the dialectical classification of abnormal body fluid in 200 cases of SAP patients are follows: 1.Among 200 patients the kirtak balgham type includes 103 cases(51.5%),the abnormal sepra type includes 45 cases(22.5%),abnormal dry cold body fluid type includes 27 cases(13.5%),the tuzluk balgham type includes 13 cases(6.5%),the abnormal khan type includes 12 cases(6%).The Frequency of occurrence: kirtak balgham type>abnormal sepra type>the abnormal dry cold body fluid type>tuzluk balgham type > abnormal khan type. The kirtak balgham type occupies the maximum portion.2.There was no significant difference in the levels of TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C in 200 SAP patients with the different abnormal body fluids(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference between the abnormal body fluid and Intima-media thickness of the carotid artery(IMT)and carotid artery plaque in all among 200 SAP patients(P>0.05).4.Among the 200 SAP patients, males outnumber females(P>0.05);There was no statistical significance in all abnormal body fluid with age differences(P>0.05),But from the point of average age,the average age of tuzluk balgham type is the smallest,And the average age of abnormal dry cold body fluid type is the biggest. The age segments of abnormal body fluid are mainly distributed in the range of 51 ~ 65 years old.5.Among the SAP patients, there is have no significant difference among duration of the disease in different body fluid type(P>0.05),However,from the mean time of the duration,The average duration time longest is the type of kirtak balgham;the shortest is type of tuzluk balgham.the duration time distributed in the range of 0~5 years.6.body mass index(BMI)in different body fluid type has significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.It can be seen from the study that, all among 200 patients with SAP,the patients with kirtak balgham type takes largest number and the highest proportion.this indicated that the astringent mucus is one of the main syndromes of SAP.2.There was no significant difference in blood lipid level with different abnormal body fluid types.3.Among the SAP patients,The normal carotid IMT is 72 cases,The abnormal is 128 cases,The number of plaques is 127 cases. It is indicated that the IMT level in SAP with anomalous body fluid type carotid artery has thickening in different degrees and forming the plaques.4.There was significant difference in body mass index(BMI)between abnormal body fluid types. The largest BMI was kirtak balgham and the smallest was the abnormal dry cold body fluid type.
