Objective:Study on the correlation between primary ovarian insufficiency and serum vitamin D levelsMethods:The patients and control group come from the Women's Hospital School of Medicine Zhejiang University and First people's Hospital of Tongxiang Hospital. The levels of serum FSH,LH,E2,AMH,and vitamin D were measured in two groups. Results:Methods:The patients and control group come from Women's Hospital School of Medicine ZheJiang University and Tongxiang First people's Hospital. The levels of serum FSH,LH,E2,AMH,and vitamin D were measured in two groups.Results:(1)the VITD2 in the POI group and the control group were within the normal range. The average VITD3 of group POI was 22.56 + 9.46 ng/ml,which was lower than that of control group(25.62 + 9.67 ng/ml),but there was no significant difference between two groups(t=-1.675,P=0.095).There was no significant difference in VITD level between the two groups(23.49 + 10.19 ng/ml vs.26.52 + 9.90 ng/ml,t=0.532,P=0.113).(2)126 cases of vitamin D deficiency were found in 36 cases(28.6%),vitamin D insufficiency(20-29ng/ml)in 47 cases(37.3%),and vitamin D sufficiency(>=30 ng/ml)in 43 cases(34.1%).In group POI,16 cases of vitamin D deficiency,14 cases of vitamin D insufficiency(20-29ng/ml),34.1%of vitamin D insufficiency, and 11 cases of vitamin D sufficiency(>=30 ng/ml),accounting for 26.8%.In the control group, vitamin D deficiency was 20 cases, accounting for 23.5%,vitamin D insufficiency(20-29ng/ml)33 cases, accounting for 38.8%,vitamin D sufficiency(>=30 ng/ml)32 cases, accounting for 37.6%.There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of vitamin D deficiency, vitamin D insufficiency and vitamin D sufficiency between the two groups(X2 = 3.435,P = 0.180).(3)there was no significant difference in vitamin D deficiency, vitamin D insufficiency and vitamin D sufficiency between the different age groups and BMI groups in the POI study group and the control group.(4)There was a positive correlation between FSH and LH and Vit D2,and the correlation coefficients were 0.246(P=0.006)and 0.213(P=0.017)respectively.E2 and Vit D2 levels were not statistically significant, the correlation coefficients were 0.042(P=0.640),while AMH was negatively correlated with Vit D2 level, and the correlation coefficients were-0.290(P=0.001).There was no statistical difference between the levels of FSH and E2 at the level of VITD2(P>0.05).But the level of VITD2 in the AMH:0-1.66 was higher than that of the AMH>1.66(t=2.098,P=0.042).There was no statistically significant correlation between FSH,LH,E2,AMH and Vit D3(P>0.05).(5)there was no statistical difference in the distribution of vitamin D,deficiency of vitamin D and vitamin D in different FSH,E2 and AMH levels(P>0.05).(6)Logistic regression analysis showed that The age of the menopause of the mother(RR=0.808,95%CI:0.664=0.983)were independent factors affecting the ovarian function, and VITD2(RR=1.679,95%CI:0.685-4.115),VITD3(RR=0.677,95%CI:0.385-1.190)and VITD(RR=1.483,95%CI:,0.846-2.599)were independent factors? Conclusion:Vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency were common in the POI group and control group.vitamin D deficiency have no associated with primary ovarian insufficiency.
