Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Diosmin In The Treatment Of Postoperative Lymphedema After The Breast Cancer Operation

Objective:This paper mainly studies the curative effect of using Diosmin in the treatment of lymphedema after the breast cancer operation.By observing the effect of routine physical therapy plus Diosmin and conventional physical therapy in clinic,we can compare these two results and determine the clinical curative effect and explore whether the Diosmin can be used as a routine drug in the treatment of postoperative lymphedema of breast cancer.Methods:Patients whose health condition met the research criteria in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The therapy group was treated with physical therapy(such as Elastic bandage,local functional exercise,elevation of affected limbs,etc.)plus oral Diosmin.The control group was given the same physical therapy.The clinical data such as the circumference of the upper arm and the grade of edema were collected and recorded completely.The database was established by using SPSS software,and the clinical data were collected and statistically analyzed.By comparing the changes of the circumference of the upper arm,the changes of the grade of edema,and the total effective rate in the control group and the therapy group,the conclusion wasdrawn.Results:1?61 patients in total were included in this study,including 32 patients in the control group and 29 patients in the therapy group.There was no statistical difference between the therapy group and the control group in the operation method,age and course of disease(P > 0.05),which enable the data to be comparable.2?Before the treatment,there was no statistical difference between the therapy group and the control group regarding of the diameter of the upper arm and the grade of edema degree(P > 0.05),which al ows the data to be comparable.3?After the treatment,the improvement of the diameter of the upper arm and the degree of edema in the therapy group was better than that those parameters in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Diosmin has a significant effect on the improvement of upperarm diameter and grade of edema in patients with lymphedema after the breast cancer surgery,and it is safe and effective in clinical use.However,we need to improve the method of diagnosis determination of stageand measurement of lymphedema in breast cancer thatis more suitable for clinical operation,and reach a consensus therefore we can make clinical research more rigorous,providing accurate staging measurement and treatment for patients.
