Objective: Explore the miR-10 b expression and early invasive ductal carcinoma and correlation between molecular subtypes.Methods: Using in situ molecular hybridization technique,detecting 305 cases of early breast invasive ductal cancer tissues miR-10 b expression,the expression of estrogen receptor(ER-?),progesterone receptor(PR)and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(Her-2)in early invasive ductal carcinoma of breast were detected by immunohistochemistry,According to ER-?,PR and Her-2 are divided into four molecular subtypes.By adopting the method of Pearson Chi-square analysis miR-10 b expression in the difference between different clinical indicators;The relationship between miR-10 b,molecular subtype,ER-?,PR,Her-2 and lymph node status in early invasive breast ductal carcinoma was analyzed by Spearman syndrome test.The cumulative disease-free survival was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method;the median time to tumor-free survival was analyzed using the Log-rank test.Results:MiR-10 b expression with age,ER-?,PR and recurrence and metastasis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between menstrual status,tumor size,clinical stage and total lymphadoma,chemotherapy and radiotherapy and endocrine therapy(P> 0.05).In the early stage of breast invasive ductal carcinoma,mi R-10 b expression was significantly different(P<0.05).Early breast invasive ductal cancer of miR-10 b expression with different molecular subtypes with significant difference(P<0.05),miR-10 b and molecular subtypes were positively correlated,mi R-10 b expression in Basal-like type accounts for the proportion was significantly higher than that of other three molecular subtypes.The positive expression of miR-10 b was significantly decreased,and the prognosis was poor.Four kinds of early invasive ductal breast cancer molecular subtypes,Luminal A type,Luminal B type difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Her-2 overexpression,Basal-like warp Log-rank test,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Early invasive breast ductal carcinoma of mi R-10 b expression and ER-?,age and recurrence metastasis is associated,and miR-10 b expression is the molecular subtype of poor prognosis indicators miR-10 b expression on the prognosis judgment to provide help. |
