Objective: To explore the risk factors and prognosis of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(UGH)complicated with acute cerebral stroke. Methods: By investigated the clinical data of 244 cases of acute cerebral stroke from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2015 to June2017 and divided into different groups, respectively according to gender?age?histo ry of hypertension?history of chronic ulcer?GSC score?the type of cerebral strok e?the position of bleeding?the amount of bleeding.Compared with the incidence r ate of UGH,all the cases were divided into two groups according to complicate w ith UGH or no,and compared their pulmonary infection rate and fatalityrate.Resul ts: The rates of age >70 years old?the third stage hypertension?GCS score(3-8)?the blood loss volume >25ml incidence in the observation group was significantlyhigher than that of the controlgroup, the rates of complicate with UGH pulmonar y infection rate and fatality rate was higher than those without UGH.The differen ce was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The rates of age >70 years old?the third stage hypertension?the lower of GCS score(3-8)are high risk of ac ute cerebral stroke combined with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage(UGH),and sho wsa bad prognosis.
