Discovering Of Incidence And Predictor Factors Of Rdial Artery Variation By Coronary Andiography Procrdure In Xinjiang Population

Objective: To discuss the incidence and clinical Predictor factors of radial arteria variations in Xinjiang PoPulation in China.Methods A total of 1731 Patients whoes underwent transradial coronary intervention for the first time during the Period of Jan.2016-June.2016 in PeoPle?s hosPital of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonom region were enrolled in this study.All relevant basic information and related medical history were recorded in detail.Right radial artery angiograPhy was Performed in all Patients,according to the definition of radial artery variation the Patients devied into radial artery variation group and radial artery nonvariaotion group,and then Performing next Procedure,univariate factor and multivariate factor Logistic regression analysis was taken to evaluate the Predictive value of variables factors in radial artery variations.Results: The incidence of radial artery variation is 4.97%(86/1731),the incidence of male 3.21%(47/1462),the incidence of female 14.5%(39/269),the incidence of various ethnic group:Hanzu 5..17%(38/735),Uyghur 5.59%(41/733),Huizu 2.98%(4/134),Khazak 3.15%(3/95),other ethnic group 0%(0/34)?Femele,hight?weight,hyperlipemia,smoking,drinking alcohol,farmer are significantly associated with the existence of radial artery variation(P < 0.05),The results multivariated logistic regression analysis indicated that:age?gender?farmer?hyperlipemia are significantly associated with the occurrence of radial artery variation.Conclusion: For PeoPle in Xinjiang in China the variaty of radial artery was not common,The multivariated Logistic regression analysis clearly indicated : advenced age,female gender,hyperlipemia,farmer are significantly associated whith the excistence of radial artery variation,these factors have Predictive value for the existence of radial artery variation.
