Objective: The case was reviewed,to analyse of correlative factors influence the effectiveness of ibuprofen treatment for haemodynami-cally significant patent ductus arteriosus in premature infant through statistc.Methods: Totally 245 preterm infants were admitted to NICU of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from Jan 2012 to Jan 2017.According to the arterial catheter whether closed or not after oral ibuprofen through the echcardiographic,the preterm infants were divided into two groups.Case group(82cases):hsPDA still open after treatment.The control group(163cases):hsPDA closed.Calculate the success rate.The correlative factors of influence the effectiveness of ibuprofen treatment for hs PDA were analyed by using single factor analysis and logistic repression anlysis.Results: The closed rate after ibuprofen was 66.5%.In sigle factor analysis,the difference between two groups of gestational age,birth weight,respiratory distress syndrome,sepsis,the platelet count and platelet distribution width was statistically significant(p<0.05).In multiple factors analysis,the difference between two groups of gestational age,respiratory distress syndrome,sepsis,the platelet count and platelet distribution width was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conculsion: The effective rate was 66.5% in our case.Gestational age,birth weight and so on influenced the effectiveness of ibuprofen treatment for haemodynami-cally significant patent ductus arteriosus in premature infant.The lower platelet count and platelet distribution width was,the less effectivenes of ibuprofen treatment for haemodynamically significant patent ductus arteriosus in Premature Infant would be.So as low gestational age,low birth weight,low respiratory distress syndrome,sepsis.
