Effect Of Blood Dilution On Platelet Function In Xinjiang Uygur And Han Nationality

Objective:Xinjiang Uighur and han nationality with ringer's solution in vitro dilution of blood for blood coagulation function in different degrees.Method(s):Uighur group(W)(H)with the han nationality randomly in vitro blood of 30 adult healthy volunteers with ringer's solution diluted into volume 33%(saline:blood=1:2),66%(saline:blood=2:3),and without the dilution of whole blood.Withsonoclot coagulation and platelet function analyzer is used to detect the blood coagulation function,measurement data including activated clotting time(ACT),condensation rate(CR),platelet function(PF),concentration of platelets and clotting four(PT prothrombin time,activated partial thrombin time APTT,clotting enzyme live time TT)and fibrinogen FIB,etc.Result(s):(1)W and H group compared with their whole blood contrast,33% after dilution ACT markedly shortened(P<0.05),and 66% after dilution ACT significantly extended(P<0.05).A significant rise in diluted 33% CR(P<0.05),66% CR after release significantly reduced(P<O.05).Significantly increased 33% after the interpretation of the PF(P<0.05),the rest of the dilution degrees difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).PLT concentration dilution degree,in turn,lower(P<0.05)66% diluted 33% significantly prolong PT(P<0.05).66% diluted APTT compared with 33% increase(P<0.05).66% diluted TT 33% significantly extended(P<0.05).66% 66% diluted FIB is significantly reduced(P<0.05).(2)W and H group in the same blood dilution gradient comparison:ACT,CR,PF,PT,APTT,TT,FIB has no statistically significant differen ce(P>0.05),PLT concentration is associated with each test object base concentration,shall not be compared.Conclusion(s):(1)the uighurs and han Chinese after diluted blood clotting function related to the degree of hemodilution,ringer's solution(33%)accelerate the process of the blood clotting,33% dilution of the blood coagulation function is not affected,66% dilution blood clotting ability severely affected.(2)the uighurs and the han nationality in super capacitors after diluted blood clotting function did not differ between the comparison.
