Clinical Research On Promoting Fertility Of Elderly Women With Kidney Deficiency Liver Depression By Promoting Pregnancy And Anyi Formula

Objective:To investigate the effect of Promoting Pregnancy and Anyi Formula on the fertility of elderly women with kidney deficiency and liver depression,and to objectively evaluate the improvement of pregnancy promotion rate,syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medicine and basic hormones,AMH,for Promoting Pregnancy and Anyi Formula,and verifying Clinical Effectiveness of Pregnancy.Method:51 patients with declining fertility and TCM syndrome differentiation of kidney deficiency and liver depression were included in the study and self-control was conducted.Taking 3 menstrual cycles as a course of treatment,we observed the improvement of TCM syndrome scores,basic hormones,AMH,etc.after one course of treatment,and observed the clinical pregnancy rate of patients during treatment and follow-up.Results:1.Including observation in 51 cases,shedding in 6 cases,the remaining 45 cases,there are 41 cases of fertility requirements,and 17 cases of pregnancy during the treatment and follow-up period,both of them are naturally pregnant after treatment of Promoting Pregnancy and Anyi Formula,the pregnancy rate is 41.46%,1 case of biochemicalpregnancy,follow-up before the deadline,3 cases had been delivered normally,and the remaining 13 cases were in good condition during pregnancy;2.After 1 course of treatment for Promoting Pregnancy and Anyi Formula,the main and minor clinical symptoms were relieved.Significantly statistically significant(P<0.05);3.After treatment for 1 course of treatment,37 cases of TCM syndromes were not obtained within 1 course of treatment for pregnant patients.Among them,2 cases were cured,accounting for 5.40%;16 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 43.24%.Effective in 18 cases,accounting for 48.65%;Ineffective in 1 case,accounting for 2.70%;The total effective rate was 97.30%;4.After 1 course of treatment,the bFSH value and bFSH/LH ratio in the patient's basic sex hormone decreased significantly,and the AMH value increased.Both have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Promoting Pregnancy and Anyi Formula can improve the pregnancy rate of older women;2.Promoting Pregnancy and Anyi Formula can significantly relieve the symptoms of Kidney Deficiency Liver Depression in female patients with weak waist,knees,breast swelling,irritability,dizziness,tinnitus and other clinical symptoms;adjust their menstrual period and improve their menstrual flow;3.Promoting Pregnancy and Anyi Formula can significantly reduce the bFSH level,reduce the bFSH/LH ratio,increase the AMH value,and significantly improve the ovarian reserve function of the older women.
