Objective: To collect and sort out the outpatient data of Professor Luo Xiuli's treatment of lung cancer,use a data analysis method to systematically study the formulas used,and create a database of cancer.METHODS: This study collected data on 110 patients with lung cancer who were treated by Professor Luo Xiuli from the Oncology Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital from October 2016 to October 2017.The patient's gender,age,pathological type,symptoms,and syndrome were included in the data.Types and medications were sorted out and pre-processed,an Excel data sheet for diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer was established,and SPSS 22.0 statistical software was entered.Related data was processed using frequency analysis and statistical methods and cluster analysis,focusing on the chinensis,Huangqi,Anemarrhena,Almond,Citrus aurantium,Campanulaceae;(3)Cockroach Ren,peach,winter melon seeds;(4)Scrophulariaceae,white silkworm,Ophiopogon japonicus.In the smallest category,we got 9 pairs of medicines: Sanling + Curcuma,Rhizoma Imperatae + Houttuynia,Angelica + Chuanxiong,Aster + Coltsfoot,Scutellaria barbata + Hedyotis,Citrus + Pinellia,Amomum + woody,coke hawthorn + fried malt,mulberry + tree tongue.Conclusion: It has been found through research that the disease location of lung cancer is mainly in the lungs and involves liver,spleen,stomach and kidney.Pathological factors are mainly "heat,sputum,poison,wetness,and deficiency",among which deficiency of righteousness is the basis of lung cancer.Heat and poison are closely related to the incidence of lung cancer.Clinically,the type of syndrome on the clinical syndrome is phlegm-inspiring lung syndrome,cult poison accumulation lung syndrome,spleen deficiency dampness syndrome,and lung-spleen-qi
