Objective:To discuss the relationship between maternal thyroid hormone level and fetal growth and development. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed all the data of 208 discharged patients from January 2014 to January 2016,who delivered in our hospital, all the data of pregnancy, including their level of serum TSH,FT3 and FT4,the supersonic inspection result during pregnancy. In the early, middle and late stages of pregnancy,Levels of TSH,FT4,and FT3 are divided into three equal parts:and they are divided into low TSH group, medium TSH group, and high TSH group according to TSH levels, and are divided into low FT4 group, medium FT4 group, and high TF4 according to FT4 levels, according to the FT3 level is divided into low FT3 group, medium FT3 group, high FT3 group, respectively. We study on the relationship between thyroid hormone levels and fetal growth and development in different stages.Results:1.There were no significant differences in CRL,gestational age, birth weight, and birth length of fetuses between the three groups in the low TSH group, the middle TSH group, and the high TSH group during the early pregnancy(P>0.05);The CRL was significantly lower in the low ft4 group than that of the middle FT4 group and the high FT4 group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the CRL of the middle FT4 group and the high FT4 group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in gestational age, birth weight, and birth length(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in CRL,gestational age, birth weight, and birth length of fetuses in the low FT3 group, the middle FT3 group, and the high FT3 group.Significance(P>0.05).2.In the second trimester, there was no significant difference in BPD,HC,AC,FL,HL,gestational age, birth weight, birth length between the low TSH group, the middle TSH group, and the high TSH group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in BPD,HC,AC,FL,HL,gestational age, birth weight, and birth length between the low FT4 group, the middle FT4 group, and the high FT4 group(P>0.05);There were no significant differences in BPD,HC,AC,FL,HL,gestational age, birth weight, and birth length between fetuses in the low FT3 group, the middle FT3 group and the high FT3 group(P>0.05).3.Late pregnancy,There was no significant difference in fetal BPD,HC,AC,FL,gestational age, birth weight, and birth length between the fetuses in the low TSH group, the middle TSH group and the high TSH group(P>0.05);the fetuses in the low FT4 group, the middle FT4 group, and the high FT4 group had no difference. There was no significant difference in BPD,HC,AC,FL,gestational age, birth weight, and birth length(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in BPD,HC,AC,FL,gestational age, birth weight, and birth length in the low FT3 group, the middle FT3 group, and the high FT3 group(P>0.05).4.Early pregnancy low FT4 group in pregnancy Mid and late development of ultrasound index, compared with early pregnancy middle FT4 group and the high FT4 group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Thyroid hormone plays an important role in fetal growth and development during early pregnancy. When thyroid hormone levels are too low, fetal growth will be limited.2.The thyroid hormone levels are negatively correlated with fetal growth and development during the second trimester and third trimester.3.Early detection of thyroid hormone levels as early as possible in early pregnancy, and timely treatment, maintaining thyroid hormone in the appropriate level, can significantly improve fetal growth and development.
