Effect Of Acupuncture On Blood Coagulation Function In Post-ischemic Stroke Patients

Objective:This study by comparing different therapeutic method,observing acupuncture therapy for blood coagulation function in post-ischemic stroke patients and neurological function.Comparison of thromboela-stogram,coagulation function,and NIHSS score.To confirm the improvement of neurological function and coagulation function in ischemic stroke with acupuncture.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria for the study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.During the study,the treatment group of 28 patients,the control group of 27 patients.There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,underlying disease in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Patients of the treatment group were treated by acupuncture stimulation of acupoint once daily for 30 days and routine therapies.The stroke patients of the control group were treated with the routine therapies only.The two groups before the first Treat after the last Treat and after using the evaluation method blood coagulation function,and NIHSS score using SPSS 1.0 software statistical analysis,comparison between the two therapies.Results:1.Before treatment blood coagulation function,and NIHSS score,the statistical analysis,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.After treatment blood coagulation function,and NIHSS score,the statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the efficacy of comparison:blood coagulation function,and NIHSS score,improvement in treatment group was significantly higher,compared to the two groups was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy significantly improved the neurological function and blood coagulation function in post-ischemic stroke patients,especially in Thromboelastography.
