ObjectiveTo investigate the predictive nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with Acute Left Heart Failure complicated with Non Invasive positive pressure ventilation and the incidence of complications.Methods90 patients with acute left heart failure treated by noninvasive ventilator in the First Affiliated Hospital of General Hospital of PLA from November 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases). In the control group, there were 21 males and 24 females, ranged from55 to 85 years old, with an average age of 72.64 ± 7.20.There are 11 people with two levels of cardiac function. There are 14 people with three levels of cardiac function. There are 20 people with four levels of cardiac function. There are 14 cases of hypertension,21 cases of coronary heart disease, and 10 cases of arrhythmia. There were 25 males and 20 females in the observation group, ranged from 52 to 87 years old, with an average age of 73.04 ± 8.62.There are 13 people with two levels of cardiac function. There are 16 people with three levels of cardiac function. There are 16 people with four levels of cardiac function. There are 14 cases of hypertension,22 cases of coronary heart disease, and 9 cases of arrhythmia.90 patients were treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on the basis of conventional treatment, while the control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was additionally given predictive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The compliance rate and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.ResultsIn the control group, there were 33 cases with good compliance, and 12 patients with poor compliance. In the observation group, there were 42 cases with good compliance, and 3 patients with poor compliance. The compliance rate of observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Through observing 75 cases patients with complications, three kinds of complications after 2 hours Noninvasive ventilation,1 case of facial skin red,1 case of flatulence(A total of 2 cases)were occurred on control group, the observation group with no complications, the incidence of complications of the control group(6.06%)higher than the observation group(0.00%).Three kinds of complications after 4 hours noninvasive ventilation,3 cases of facial skin red,2 cases of flatulence,1 case of nasal facial skin lesions(A total of 6 cases)were occurred on control group and observation group occurred 1 case of flatulence, incidence of complications(18.18%)of control group was obviously higher than that of observation group(2.38%).Three kinds of complications after 6 hours noninvasive ventilation,5 cases of facial skin red,3 cases of flatulence,1 case of nasal facial skin lesions(9 cases)were occurred on control group,3 cases of flatulence on the observation group, incidence of complications(27.27%)of control group was obviously higher than that of observation group(7.14%).75 patients,2 hours noninvasive ventilation, the incidence of complications between the two groups has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),4 hours,6 hours, noninvasive ventilation complications of difference between the two groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05).ConclusionThe predictive nursing intervention significantly reduced the incidence of complications, and strengthened the cognition of the importance of noninvasive ventilator, thereby improving the compliance of patients with non-invasive ventilator treatment.
