In order to investigate and analysis the occupational health situation of a Precast Concrete manufacturing enterprise: determine the type of occupational hazard factors and the degree of harm;evaluate the effect of protective measures and the occupational health management.For propose effective means of prevention,and to control the occupational hazards.To ensure the occupational hazard factors in production workshop to meet the national limits.Prevent and control the occurrence of occupational diseases.Ensure the workers' physical and mental health.The psychological questionnaire results show:The total number of the enterprise is 5875 and there are5875 people contacting with the occupational hazards which occupies 21.55 percent.The occupational hazards in the workplace are Dust(other dusts),chemical substances(sodium hydroxide,potassium hydroxide,ozone,hydrogen peroxide,chlorine,etc.),physical factors(noise,high-frequency electromagnetic fields,ultraviolet radiation,etc.)Dust detection results: the dust concentration of CTWA in the array workshop is 0.12,and the excess value is 0.48,and it far less than professional contact limit.The detection results of chemical substances were also less than occupational exposure limits.The 8-hour equivalent sound level of noise detection results also does not exceed85 dB..However,from comprehensive analysis of on-site investigations,occupational health examinations,and questionnaire surveys,we can see that the company's noise control needs to be improved.Especially in the occupational health examination,there are 3 employees who are not suitable for noise work.The corresponding Vapor deposition stations especially need to strengthen noise control.According to the questionnaire survey,11.52% of the staff members chose not to wear relevant dust or respirator masks when it was determined that there was a pungent odor and dust in the work environment.It shows that the company's education and training in occupational health and hygiene are not in place.According to the survey results,86.06% of the employees hope to enrich their spare time.Therefore,in order to better ensure the employees' psychological pleasure,it is recommended that enterprises can appropriately increase recreational facilities to enrich the daily life of employees,especially the most popular table tennis facilities.Comprehensive analysis,the occupational hazards of the business situation is good,good working environment,occupational health and management need to be strengthened.
