Effect Of Qingre Huoxue Yang Yin Prescription And Its Function Units On The Blood Lipid,Arterial Plaque And The Imbalance Of Th1/Th2 In The Rat Model Of Atherosclerosis

Qingre Yangyin Huoxue Decoction(He Shou Wu,Huang Jing,Jiang Huang,Hong Hua,Hu Zhang,Lou Lu)fromed by Tang Shuhua,the old Chinese medicine according to the clinical experience of the formulation,through clinical and animal experiments confirmed,The plaque area,blood lipid and inflammatory factors of AS were evidently improved.Based on the previous research,this study investigated Qingre Yangyin Huoxue Decoction and its effect units heat group(Loulu andHu Zhang),Huoxue group(Jiang Huang and Hong Hua),nourishing Yin group(Shouwu and Huang Jing)effect on AS.Objective to explore the mechanism of intervention with atherosclerosis(AS)by Qingre Huoxue Yangyin Decoction and its functional units.And provide the basis for its further work.Methods:AS we successfully modelled based on SD rats with high fat diet and balloon injury.These model rats were randomly divided into model group,whole group,Huoxue group,Yang Yin group,Qingre group,positive group,All gruop were recived Intragastric administration,respectively.The blank group was not modeled,fed with normal diet,without medication.4 Weeks later,Several indexs include blood lipid,atlipid herosclerosis lesion,TNF-alpha,INF-gamma and IL-4 expression were assessed as chemical biomarkers for study.Results:1.The model group compared with control group,arterial plaque increased significantly;Chili oil staining,HE staining,the change of carotid intimal rats in blank group was obviously pathological;endothelial cells of the rats in the model group formed a typical AS plaque;inflammatory cells in NO model group increased significantly compared with control group(P<0.05).2.compared with the model group,QingreYangyinHuoxue decoction can significantly reduce the plaque of AS model;regulate bloodlipid(reduceTG and increase HDL-C level);reduce Th1-Related cytokines(TNF-??INF-?).increas Th2-Related Cytokine(IL-4)?the ration of INF-?/IL-4 was significantly decreased.among them,the function unit,Yangyin group,has the functions of significantly increasing the content of IL-4 and degrading TG,Qingre group has more advantages lowering IFN-??LDL-C and reducing plaque,huoxue group only outstanding in plaque reduction.Conclusion:1.The rat AS model was established by high fat diet and endothelial injury.2.the functional units of ingre Yangyin Huoxue Decoction can lower the blood fat,adjust the imbalance of Th1 and Th2 subsets differentiation by different ways,and play a role in improving atherosclerosis inflammation.
