Professor Zhou Zhongying's Clinical Experience And Case Study Of Treating Interstitial Lung Disease

This paper is under the direction of Professor Wang Zhiying summarized the systematic collation of Professor ZHOU Zhongying's experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung disease more than ten years.At the same time,using the theory of TCM,the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome and therapy of interstitial lung disease were discussed.The full text is divided into three parts.The preface of this paper briefly introduces the epidemiological characteristics of interstitial lung disease,the respective advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and Western medical treatment.Based on the data sources of CNKI,Wanfang and VIP,the experience of diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary diseases occupies an important position in Professor Zhou Zhongying's academic system,also pointed out that the summary of Professor Zhou Zhongying's clinical experience in the treatment of interstitial lung disease is feasible and necessary.The first part of the dissertation is a study of the literature related to interstitial lung disease,which consists of three sections.In the first section,we systematically reviewed the knowledge of TCM literature on interstitial lung diseases.The second section summarized the progress of modern medical research on interstitial lung disease.In the second part of the dissertation,we reviewed 34 cases of interstitial lung disease treated by Professor Zhou Zhongying in the outpatient department,classified and analyzed the collected data,and summarized the syndrome type distribution rules,symptoms and syndrome factor of interstitial lung disease frequency,the main drug use frequency and frequency of both classes of drugs to eliminate pathogenic factors and distribution,etc.As according to find out the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation characteristics,diagnosis and treatment experience,characteristics of the drug of interstitial lung disease,etc.The third part of the paper mainly discusses Professor ZHOU Zhongying's clinical experience in the treatment of interstitial lung disease.Five aspects are discussed in detail from etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,disease performance,treatment and medication experience.First,in terms of etiology and pathogenesis,the disease is mainly caused by six kinds of pathogenic factors,radiation or inhalation of gold dust,toxic substances,congenital deficiency and chronic deficiency,leading to lung loss and lung obstruction.The disease is located in the lung meridian.Pathogenesis factors are deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis disease.the disease is the real underlying evidence to the lung and kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstructed lung meridian as the standard.Secondly,the paper discusses four aspects of dialectical essentials,from distinguishing pathological factors,pathological features,the location of viscera and prognosis.Thirdly,in terms of the performance of disease syndrome,summarizes the deficiency of the lung qi and yin-phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,the deficient of the spleen and lung-phlegm and blood stasis lung syndrome,lung and kidney deficiency-phlegm and blood stasis lung syndrome,rheumatoid arthritis-phlegm and blood stasis lung syndrome,and the above syndromes were carried out brief analysis.Fourthly,in terms of therapeutic principle and treatment,Professor Zhou Zhongying pointed out that the treatment principle should be strengthening the body and removing pathogenic factors,specifically:reinforce qi and yin of the lung and kidney,expell wind,cold,heat,dampness,dryness,fire,eliminate phlegm turbidity and blood stasis of the block resistance,in order to lung collaterals regulating,lung and kidney satisfied with the breathing.Taking into account the complex method of treatment strategies,such as relieving exterior syndrome and eliminating evil,strengthening the body resistance,normalizing the functional activities of qi,reducing phlegm and resolving masses,promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction.Adding or subtracting according to the symptoms.Fifthly,in terms of medicine experience,introduced professor Zhou Zhongying commonly used drugs in the treatment of interstitial lung disease,such as supplementing qi and nourishing Yin drugs,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs,Regulate qi and dissipate phlegm drugs,Dispelling wind and dehumidifying drugs,ect.Parts are analyzed in detail combined with modern pharmacological research experience.The whole concept of TCM and syndrome differentiation theory as a guide,combined with modern research progress of medical diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung disease thoroughly,we comprehensively sort out the interstitial lung diseases,and summarizethe etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome factors,syndrome differentiation and treatment rules of interstitial lung disease.We summarize tprofessor Zhou Zhongying's clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of this disease with the clinical cases as evidences,which provides a theoretical basis and effective prescription for the diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung disease in TCM.
