Background:The pharmacy service is called pharmaceutical care,pharmacists according to professional knowledge,to the patients and their families,medical personnel and pharmacy related and responsible services directly,so as to improve the effectiveness,safety and economy of drug treatment,and improve the quality of life of the people.With the deepening of the medical system reform,the working function of hospital pharmacists is also expanding.It has undertaken the basic work of dispensing,examining the parties,implementing medical interventions,and also providing certain pharmaceutical services.Due to the traditional medical system in China,at present,hospital pharmacists are not clear about their location,and their professional level and comprehensive quality are limited,so the level of hospital pharmaceutical care needs to be improved.In the new medical reform to promote the deepening of the background,"light medicine medicine" the traditional concept will change with the national,social and public demands increase on the rational use of drugs,drug money era will end,improve the level of rational drug use,reduce medical expenses is not the focus of the work to the pharmacist.Objective:At present,the pharmaceutical care in hospitals has been growing mature over the long term.People pay more and more attention to how to establish a comprehensive evaluation system and evaluation criteria for pharmacists.According to the evaluation system,we measure the quality of pharmacist service.This includes two aspects,one is the performance evaluation in the implementation process,to provide a basis for decision-making;two is from the development of medical and health industry and the pharmacists,in medical and health services,one of the core content is the pharmacist to provide patients with pharmaceutical services,through the establishment of pharmacist service quality evaluation the system can promote the further development of health service.China's relevant laws and regulations to establish and perfect the pharmacists,pharmacists and patients with clear legal relations,safeguard the rights and interests of pharmacists;hospital management should be through the increase of pharmacists' support,reward and punishment measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of the hospital pharmacists,establish reasonable pharmacy service quality evaluation index system,scientific measure of pharmacy service effectiveness,help hospital pharmacists in transition,to promote the level of pharmaceutical service.Result:The Delphi method adopted in this study can solve complex problems effectively,and circulate the experts' opinions repeatedly and get scientific and reasonable results through scientific statistics.Research shows that the experts in the two rounds of consultation,the collection of views among experts with high concentration,and thus establish the evaluation index system of service quality of hospital pharmacists appropriately,is divided into 3 level indicators,respectively the evaluation system of pharmacist service effectiveness evaluation system,the pharmacist service evaluation system structure and pharmacists service process.There are two indicators in the evaluation system of pharmacist service process.There are 9 indicators.The evaluation system of pharmacist service structure has two indicators,3.The evaluation system of pharmacist service effectiveness has 3 indicators,and two indicators are 15.The two level indicators of pharmacist service process evaluation system are pharmacists,who provide pharmacist information consultation services for pharmacists and pharmacists,and set up 4 and 5 three level indicators respectively,which will help the related management work better.
