ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between rest myocardial perfusion imaging(Rest MPI)and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)/echocardiography(Echo)for the evaluation of left ventricular diameter and ischemic level and area.To provide some reference basis for clinical estimation of the left ventricular diameter and myocardial damage.MethodsWe retrospectively analyzed the patients who underwent cardiology from Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016.And the left ventricular diameter was measured with Rest MPI,MRI and Echo.121 patients were included in our study accorded with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of MRI and Echo were compared with those of Rest MPI,and their correlation and agreement were assessed. And the ischemic level and area were correlated with the left ventricular diameter.ResultsIn this study,121 patients were included, including 81 males(67%)and 40 females(33%)with an average age of 61 ± 14.There were positive correlations between the transverse diameter of Rest MPI,MRI and Echo(r=0.868,P<0.01;r=0.858,P<0.01).There were positive correlations between the long diameter of Rest MPI,MRI and Echo(r=0.863,P<0.01;r=0.839,P<0.01).There were positive correlations between the diameter of MRI and Echo(r=0.862,P<0.01).Bland Altman analysis indicated that the left ventricle diameters between Rest MPI,MRI and Echo were in good agreement.Their correlation analysis showed that the ischemic level were correlated with the left ventricular transverse diameter and the long diameter of Rest MPI,MRI and Echo(r=0.664、0.665、0.624、0.525,P<0.01),and the ischemic area were correlated with the left ventricular transverse diameter and the long diameter of Rest MPI,MRI and Echo(r=0.633、0.650、0.584、0.511,P<0.01).Conclusion1.Rest MPI,MRI and Echo are in good agreements regarding left ventricular diameter.2.The left ventricular size is correlated with the ischemic level and area. |
