Background Craniocerebral injury(craniocerebral injury,CI)is very common in Department of Neurosurgery,Craniocerebral injury(CI)initiates a complex series of neurochemical and signaling changes that lead to pathological events including neuronal hyperactivity, excessive glutamate release, inflammation, increased blood-brain barrier(BBB)permeability and cerebral edema.Changes in gene expression after craniocerebral injury and a series of neurological impairment have a great effect on the prognosis of patients. In recent years, many studies have shown that increased intracranial pressure affects the prognosis of patients with craniocerebral injury.Intracranial pressure(ICP)monitoring, through continuous monitoring of patients with craniocerebral injury early,to help clinicians grasp the progress of the disease in a timely manner, and adjust the clinical treatment program as early as possible,in order to improve the treatment effect of patients. Objective The clinical application value of intracranial pressure(intracranial pressure ICP)monitoring in the diagnosis and treatment of moderate craniocerebral injury patients was analyzed through clinical comparative study, which provided reference value for further improving the clinical treatment effect of moderate craniocerebral injury patients. Methods 66 cases of patients with moderate craniocerebral injury(Moderate craniocerebral injury)treated in Henan Provincial Third People?s Hospital between May and December 2016 were selected as research subjects, they were divided into the intracranial pressure monitoring group and the routine group with the method of single and double numbers, the patients who entered the intracranial pressure monitoring group were identified intracranial pressure monitoring after admission, according to changes of intracranial pressure and adjust the treatment plan of treatment for patients with normal group of patients after admission to regular monitoring of vital signs, routine treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical effect, complication, operation rate and the usage of mannitol. Results The clinical treatment of patients in the intracranial pressure monitoring group, the total effective rate was 91.0%,significantly higher than patients in the routine group 69.7%(x2=4.694;P<0.05),the complication rate was 6.06%,significantly lower in the routine group were 24.2%(x2=4.243;P<0.05),the operation rate was 21.2%,significantly lower in the routine group were 45.4%(x2=4.360;P<0.05),the treatment process mannitol of usage time(6.9±0.9)d,total dose was(786.6±20.5)g,and the routine group of patients(9.3±1.1)d and(1021.3±31.5)g comparison were significantly different(t=7.552;t=27.928;P<0.05).Conclusion The moderate craniocerebral injury patients selectivly with intracranial pressure monitoring, help clinicians clear condition of the patient's condition changes.the development of treatment options for patients and clinicians to provide an objective basis for improving the clinical treatment and prognosis has very important clinical significance.
