Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Kangshuanyihao formulation in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:We would select 50 patients with ACS and syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of TCM from June 2017 to February 2018.According to the principle of randomised control, these patients are divided into treatment groups(Kangshuanyihao formulation+Westem medicine standardized treatment)and control group(Western medicine standardized treatment),25 cases in each group. The scores of angina pectoris,TCM symptom score, electrocardiogram(ECG),SOD,NO,the main adverse cardiovascular events(MACE),liver and kidney function were recorded before and after the trementent. Results:Baseline data of the 50 patients with ACS were not statistically different(P>0.05).(1)The effect of angina pectoris:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96%;the total effective rate in the control group was 88%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)The TCM symptom score of the treatment group was 14.80±4.830 before treatment, and 6.00±2.160 after treatment. And in the control group it was 13.20±4.282 before treatment, and 7.60±3.055 after treatment. There was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, both TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.05),and the differences between the two groups were also statistically significant.(3)The effect of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 100%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 82%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)ECG efficacy:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 56%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 64%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)In the treatment group, the blood SOD value before treatment was 65.22±2.890,and 66.71 ±2.306 after the treatment. In the control group, the blood SOD value was 65.02±2.802 before treatment, and 66.08±3.284 after treatment. Both groups’ blood SOD values after treatment were higher than those befor treatment.Increased, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)In the treatment group, the blood NO value before treatment was 75.04±2.794,and 76.55±3.121 after treatment. In the control group, the blood NO value was 76.28±2.923 before treatment, and 77.25±2.550 after treatment. After treatment, the blood NO values in the two groups were higher than before treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(7)There were no adverse reactions such as liver and kidney function impairment in the two groups. There were no MACE such as malignant arrhythmia, acute heart failure, restenosis after stenting,non-fatal recurrent myocardial infarction, and sudden cardiac death occurring. Conclusions:Western medicine standardized treatment with Kangshuanyihao formulation can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris in patients with ACS,and can effectively reduce the scores of TCM symptoms in ACS patients.Besides,it can further increase the blood SOD level in ACS patients.lt has proved that there was no liver and kidney damage and no increase in the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events,so safety of Kangshuanyihao formulation is well. But the patient’s electrocardiogram and blood NO levels had no change.
