Circulating tumor cells in whole blood is the direct reason of tumor metastasis.Detection and isolation of circulating tumor cells from whole blood is very important in clinical value in early diagnosis of postoperative review and personalized treatment.All kinds of technology using in clinical and scientific research mainly based on surface antigen of circulating tumor cells or the size of the circulating tumor cells.It is difficult to separate all types of circulating tumor cells efficiently.We have designed a new kind of "Filter CHIP".The "Filter CHIP" integrate the specific antigen on the surface of tumor cells and tumor cell size.We synthesis nanomaterials on the surface of the microsphere to increase specific surface area,at the same time we compare the different efficiency on microspheres.The size of circulating tumor cells is obvious differences with other cells in the blood.We measure the diameter of MCF-7,bxpc-3,panc-1,A549 and H1688 tumor cells in PBS solution."Filter CHIP" consist of the semicircle arc and arrays.We separate large-scale circulating tumor cells microspheres which combined with circulating tumor cells automatically.Microspheres,trapped in the micro club,would capture circulating tumor cells too.We combine the three kinds of strategies,and the capture efficiency in different tumor cell lines is above 90%.The circulating tumor cells would be fixed in the structure of "Filter CHIP".It is easy to find and isolate the circulating tumor cells from the CHIP.The "Filter CHIP" is a new solution to isolate the circulating tumor cells in the whole blood.
