Objective:Using small doses of endotoxin with the model of rabbit femoral head necrosis induced by writer hormone,observe changes in rabbits model of femoral head necrosis by blood lipid indicators,and observe the necrosis of the femoral head of rabbit model in the application of Salvia miltiorrhiza with core decompression in the treatment of blood after the index changes,and to explore the mechanism of Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with core decompression in the treatment of femoral head necrosis in the process,and core decompression and provide reliable theoretical basis for clinical application in the treatment of steroid induced femoral head necrosis was combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza.Methods:Healthy adult New Zealand adult white rabbits 45 rabbits,9 rabbits were randomly selected as control group,the remaining 36 rabbits in model group of steroid induced necrosis of the femoral head model preparation,modeling methods of small dos e of endotoxin and hormone induced,in after 4 weeks,randomly selected 1 in blank gr oup only in the model group,4 rabbits were selected and femoral head specimens by hi stopathological observation to verify the modeling results,the model of remaining rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: model control group,core decompression grou p,Danshen group,Salvia miltiorrhiza and pith decompression group,8 rabbits in each g roup.Salvia miltiorrhiza group and Salvia miltiorrhiza extract(900mg/kg,d)by gavage;core decompression group with 0.88 mm gram for femoral head drilling decompression;a fter core decompression and Danshen group were given decompression given orally the s ame dose of Salvia miltiorrhiza extract treatment;control group and model control group with saline irrigation the stomach.In the successful model and after 6 weeks of treatm ent,blood serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)content and observe the pathol ogical sections of femoral head(change of trabecular bone,bone cells,marrow cavity an d fat cells),empty bone lacuna rate specimens,and the above data entry database proce ssing the data were analyzed by spss23.0 software.Results : 1 general morphological observation: control group rabbits during the experiment period,weight increase,good activity,good spirit,all the model weight of rabbits decreased gradually,in the modeling process of subcutaneous fat reduction,reduced activity,stress response is slow,after 2 weeks of treatment,core decompression group,Danshen group,and Salvia miltiorrhiza core decompression group body weight increased gradually,after 6 weeks of treatment,there were statistically significant differences in body weight between each treatment group(P < 0.05),Salvia miltiorrhiza and core decompression group and blank control group of rabbits with similar body weight(P < 0.05),but the model group rabbits sustained weight loss,compared with other groups.There was a significant difference(P < 0.05);2 detection results: after modeling,the model of serum TC and TG compared with the blank control group were increased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);core decompression group,Danshen group,Salvia miltiorrhiza and TC and TG in serum of core decompression after treatment compared with the model group were decreased and the difference difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after the treatment,core decompression group serum TC and TG with Salvia miltiorrhiza and core decompression group is relatively high,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),Danshen group serum TC and TG with Salvia miltiorrhiza and core decompression group is relatively high,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);3 histology observation and pathology: blank control group: femoral head within the small vessel rich trabecular specification,neat,clear structure,bone marrow tissue closely,less fat cells,scattered in uniform distribution,normal morphology,bone cell morphology had no obvious abnormalities,cell distribution,bone lacuna rare model;control group: disorder of femoral head trabecular sparse structure,part of trabecular bone fracture,bone marrow fat cells increased significantly,reducing the number of hematopoietic cells,bone cells pyknosis,dissolution necrosis,empty bone lacuna increased significantly;the treatment group: trabecular bone in the femoral head with the model the control group was thickened,distribution has improved,compared with model control group,the treatment group of intra bone marrow hematopoietic cells increased,fat cells decreased,the percentage of cells close to normal,compared with the model of empty lacuna Decreased in group.The rate of empty bone lacunae femoral head results: control group 12.01 + 1.32,23.15 + 1.83 model group,Salvia miltiorrhiza group 15.60 + 1.14,16.15 + 1.58 core decompression group,Salvia miltiorrhiza and core decompression group 12.25 + 1.19,variance analysis: F=80.895,P=0.0001,blank control group and Salvia miltiorrhiza and core decompression group there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),there was no significant difference in Salvia miltiorrhiza and core decompression group(P > 0.05),there was statistical significance between the groups of more than the difference(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The application of lipid metabolism in rabbits with a large dose of ho rmone,induced by hyperlipidemia,rabbit femoral head in lipid metabolism,abnormal mo rphology and cell distribution,changes in the femoral head structure,eventually leading t o femoral head necrosis;core decompression combined with Salvia miltiorrhiza can impr ove lipid metabolism in rabbits of the femoral head necrosis process,effective treatment of rabbits steroid induced avascular necrosis of femoral head.
