Study On Killing Effect Of Ursolic Acid Analogs FZU-03,010 And Ursolic Acid UA On Renal Cell Carcinoma And Breast Cancer Cells

Renal cell carcinoma(Renal cell carcinoma,RCC)are malignant tumors which is originated from renal tubular epithelial cells,it is one of the common malignant tumor of urinary system,the incidence rate of the renal cell carcinoma is second to bladder cancer in China,accounting for renal malignant tumor 80%?86%,accounting for all malignant tumor 1%?3%.As the renal cell carcinoma express multidrug resistance protein,the radiotherapy,it shows a lower response or no response to chemotherapy and immunotherapy,the treatment efficiency is less than 20%.Radical surgical resection for localized renal cell carcinoma lesions remains the gold standard treatment,but the recurrence rate is still as high as 20%?40%and a lot of renal cell carcinoma patients are initially diagnosed with locally invasive disease and 40%?50%of patients first visit existing secondary transfer,so it is difficult for us to treat the renal cell carcinoma.Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in women,its incidence is increasing year by year.In Europe and the United States,breast cancer accounted for 25%?30%of female malignant tumors.Breast cancer usually occurs in breast epithelial tissue and is one of the most common malignant tumors seriously impact women's physical and mental health and even life-threatening.In many big cities of our country,the incidence rate of breast cancer has risen to the first place in the female malignant tumor and become the biggest threat to women's health.Triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)due to the lack of endocrine and target of anti-HER2 therapy,it has not yet the standard treatment plan.Although there are a lot of treatment methods which can treat the renal cell carcinoma and breast cancer patients and these methods have some effect on treatment of renal cell carcinoma and breast cancer,but the effect is not satisfactory.This study found a new ursolic acid analogs FZU-03,010,it can inhibits the cell cycle,promote cell apoptosis by inhibiting signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)phosphorylation level,increase the cycle related proteins and apoptosis related protein level.Therefore,FZU-03,010 may is renal cell carcinoma and breast cancer a new effective drug treatment.
