[Objective]: To observe the expression of EB virus LMP1,PRSS1,HSP90?/? and autophagy protein LC3 in gastric cancer tissues,and explore the role and significance of EB virus encoded LMP1 in the development of gastric cancer.[Methods]:1.Samples were collected during surgical resection Surgical and a total of 42 gastric cancer,paired normal gastric mucosa tissues and lymph nodes tissues were include in this study.2.The expression of protein LMP1,PRSS1,HSP90,and LC3 in normal gastric mucosa and lymph node tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry in 42 gastric cancer tissues.3.The clinicopathological significance of the four proteins in gastric carcinoma was analyzed by immunohistochemical staining as well as clinical pathology data.[Results]:1.LMP1 protein expressed in the cytoplasm and cell membrane,where the positive expression rates in gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues were respectively 16.67%(7/42)and 83.33%(35/42),but there was no expression in the lymph nodes,and the positive expression rate in normal gastric mucosa was higher(P<0.05)than gastric cancer tissues.2.PRSS1 protein expressed in the cytoplasm,where the positive expression rates in gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues were respectively 66.67%(28/42)and 38.1%(16/42)in gastric carcinoma,the positive expression rate of PRSS1 protein in gastric carcinoma is higher than normal gastric mucosa(P<0.05).The high expression rates of PRSS1 protein in gastric high differentiation,differentiation and low adenocarcinoma were respectively 55.56%(5/9),65.22%(15/23)and 80%(8/10).The positive expression rate of PRSS1 protein in carcinoma tissue with lymph node metastasis and no lymph node metastasis were respectively 76.67%(23/30)and 41.67%(5/12),and the expression level of the former is higher than the latter(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of TNM stage ?-? and ?-? in gastric cancer tissues were respectively 50%(9/18)and 79.17%(17/24)respectively,and the expression level of the latter is higher than the former(P<0.05).3.HSP90?/? expressed in the cytoplasm,where the positive expression rates in gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues were respectively 80.95%(34/42)and 54.76%(23/42).the positive expression rate of HSP90?/? protein in gastric cancer tissues is higher than normal gastric mucosa(P<0.05).The high expression rates of HSP90?/? protein in gastric high differentiation,differentiation and low adenocarcinoma were respectively 66.67%(6/9),82.61%(19/23)and 90%(9/10).The positive expression rate of HSP90?/? protein in carcinoma tissue with lymph node metastasis and no lymph node metastasis were respectively 90%(27/30)and 58.33%(7/12),and the expression level of the former is higher than the latter(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of TNM stage ?-? and ?-? in gastric cancer tissues were respectively 66.67%(12/18)and 91.67%(22/24),and the expression level of the latter is higher than the former(P<0.05).4.LC3 protein expressed in the cytoplasm,where the positive expression rates in gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric mucosa tissues were respectively 23.81%(10/42)and 88.10%(37/42),but there was no expression in the lymph nodes,and the positive expression rate in normal gastric mucosa was higher(P<0.05)than gastric cancer tissues.[Conclusion]: 1.The expression level of LMP1 and LC3 protein is low in gastric cancer tissue,and the expression level of PRSS1 and HSP90?/? protein is high in gastric cancer tissue.2.LMP1 and LC3 protein may affect the expression of PRSS1 as well as HSP90?/? protein in gastric cancer tissue.
