BackgroundThe incidence rate of Crohn's disease(Crohn 'S disease,CD)in recent years increased,a serious threat to children's physical and mental health, the endoscopic and pathological examination is the most accurate method for the assessment of the severity of the disease in Crohn's disease, but it is highrisk, expensive, poor compliance. The level of T cells can reflect the immune state the human body, contribute to the evaluation of CD disease activity, reflecting the extent of disease. At home and abroad, more research has been done on adults, and few on children.ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to analyze the changes of T cells in peripheral blood of children with Crohn's disease.MethodRetrospective analysis of digestive diseases in our hospital during December 2013---2016 December admitted to hospital and diagnosed 24 cases of patients with Crohn's disease.CD diagnosis standard refer to Chinese Medical Association in diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease consensus on gastroenterology inflammatory bowel disease study group work "(2012,Guangzhou)according to the diagnostic criteria.Best the Crohn's disease activity index(Crohn 'S disease activity index,CDAI CD)will be divided into four different periods: mild active, moderately active, severe active and remission stage.Collect ESR(ESR),C reactive protein(CRP),T cells(CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+ cells)and related results of the clinical data. The clinical significance of the main analysis of CD3+CD4+,CD4+CD8+ cells in different period of assessment of children with Crohn's disease. Results 1)According to the diagnostic criteria of Crohn's disease,a total of 24 patients(male)(n = 60%)and female(n = 10)were enrolled in this study.(40%).2)The age is 1years,6 months-13 years old,7 months,of which 1-5 years old in 3 cases(12.5%),5-10 years old in 12 cases(50%),more than the age of 9 cases(37.50%),the median is 9 years old,10 months;3)A total of 24 children with Crohn's disease were enrolled,15 cases(62.50%)live in rural areas,9 cases(37.50%)long life in City.4)In the first episode of Crohn's disease in children, there were only 10 cases involving the whole digestive tract by endoscopic examination, but only in the small intestine, and only in the colon, with a total of 12 cases in the study group(n = 2).All children with abdominal pain(infants and young children crying for performance),diarrhea, accompanied by weight loss.In 9 cases with recurrent fever;15 cases of fever,6 cases of joint pain;aphthous ulcer in 15 cases;7 cases of perianal fistula;5 cases of perianal abscess.5)According to the degree of disease activity in different periods were compared;C reactive protein,ESR,CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+ F-measure were 316.32,184.70,163.20,157.35;The total P value was less than 0.0.The difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the different degree of disease activity in the different indicators are different;and CD3+CD4+,CD3+CD8+,C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate in different periods of any differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).6)Crohn with CD3+CD4+ cells and CD3+CD8+ cells were positively correlated. The correlation coefficient is r=0.77,P < 0.01;CD3+CD4+ cells were correlated with ESR and CRR positively;the correlation coefficients were r=0.79,P< 0.01,and r=0.88,P < 0.01;CD3+CD8+ cells respectively with ESR,CRP showed a positive correlation. The correlation coefficients were r=0.84,P < 0.01 and r=0.85,P < 0.01.
