Observation On Improvement Of Cardiac Function In Patients With Heart Failure Reduced Ejection Fraction During Hospitalization By Using Differentiation Of Symptoms And Signs

Objective Observation of acute heart failure with reduced ejection fraction during hospitalization,In the basic norms of using Western medicine,use TCM by Differentiation of symptoms and signs.Demonstration the importance of differentiation of symptoms and signs of TCM.Method The study is randomized controlled trials,All the patients with acute attack stage of a reduced ejection fraction of heart failure syndrome were divided into three groups:using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)by using differentiation of symptoms and signs(treatment group),western medicine treatment group(control group 1),using TCM without Differentiation of symptoms and signs(control group 2),each group was given standard Western medicine.The Lee heart failure score,the TCM syndrome index score,the score of Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale(MLHFQ),the NYHA cardiac function rating and the plasma NT-proBNP value were observed before and after the treatment to evaluate the curative effect.Result Before and after treatment in three groups,The cardiac ultrasound findings(LVDd,LVEF),plasma NYHA heart function rating,Lee's heart failure score,TCM syndrome score index score,Minnesota heart failure quality of life scale(MLHFQ)were improved,which has statistical significance(p<0.05).The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the two control group(p<0.05)by rank sum test.The adverse reactions of the three groups were mainly increased serum creatinine,gout and hypokalemia.Conclusion The study has verified the importance of using traditional Chinese medicine in syndrome differentiation in treating acute heart failure with TCM.
