Objective:Menorrhagia is the common clinical symptoms of women of childbearing age.Lossing menstrual blood too much affects the patient's physical health,emotional life,social activities and other aspects of life.In this study,we developed a multi-specific quality of life scale based on the SF-36 scale to assess the impact of menorrhagia on women's quality of life and analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of different treatments to provide a better treatment for clinical treatment of menorrhagia.Methods:From February 2015 to October 2016,gynecological clinic and inpatient treatment of 500 women in the Southeast University Affiliated Zhongda Hospital,aged between 18-40 years were randomly selected.The women who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the first chapter were informed of the questionnaires under the premise of their informed consent to compare the improvement of the quality of life before and after treatment;According to the inclusion rate,the criteria and the patient's intention of the second chapter,83 patients with irregular menstruation were selected,including 29 cases of LNG-IUS group,28 cases of COC group and 26 cases of NSAIDS group.Patients were followed up at 1,3 and 5 months before and after treatment,and the questionnaire was followed to observe the improvement of the indexes.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated and compared the differences between the groups to assess the difference between the efficacy of the group,while recording the occurrence of various adverse reactions.SPSS 18.0 statistical software,variance analysis,chi-square test were used for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed,excluding the remaining 468 copies of the questionnaire,and the recovery rate was 93.60%.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the first chapter for diagnosis of HMB was 128 cases,the prevalence rate was 27.35%.87.95%of patients were puzzled with menstrual period clothing,the efficiency of work and study of 74.70%were decreased,doing things or activities of 73.49%are limited,more than 50%of patients completed the general activities much difficultly during menstrual period and worried about contacts with friends because of HMB embarrassment.At the same time,menstrual impact many patients of sleep,emotions,and even from the seat on the stand.Three treatment methods can be significantly reduced the amount in 1 month after treatment.The results of LNG-IUS and COC were significantly better than NSAIDs,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,but compared LNG-IUS with COC,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.LNG-IUS had better efficacy than COC and NSAIDs in 3 and 5 months after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Three kinds of treatment methods can shorten the menstrual period,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Three treatment methods can not change the menstrual cycle.Adverse reactions:the incidence of adverse reactions in LNG-IUS group was 20.69%,of which the lower abdomen discomfort was 1 case,and then improved resistance to infection;1 case was ring down,and reset by the professionals;2 cases were drip bleeding,symptoms gradually disappear;2 cases were amenorrhea and to be acceptable.The incidence of adverse reactions in COC group was 28.57%,of which 3 cases were abnormal mood with mild symptoms and to be acceptable;2 cases were mild nausea,loss of appetite and symptomatic improved after treatment;1 case was breast pain,and the molybdenum target examination showed no abnormalities with abnormalities;1 case was liver dysfunction with ALT slightly elevated and returned to normal by liver treatment;1 case was weight gain.The incidence of adverse reactions in NSAIDs group was 15.38%,of which mild nausea,dyspepsia in 2 cases,the symptoms disappeared after each cycle of withdrawal;dizziness,drowsiness and other central nervous system symptoms in 2 cases,does not affect the normal life;Transaminase slightly increased in 1 case,liver function recover normal after treatment.Conclusion:HMB incidence is high and have caused a serious impact on the patient's health,emotional life and other quality of life.Three treatment methods can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the amount of menstrual blood loss.But LNG-IUS efficacy is better than COC and NSAIDs.Three methods are difficult to avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions,while continue to medication or symptomatic treatment led to the disappearance or ease of symptoms.
