Effects And Significance Of Calreticulin On EMT Of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Cells

[Objective] To investigate the effect of Calreticulin expression on nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line EMT and its significance.[Methods] The expression of Calreticulin protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE2 cells and immortalized nasopharyngeal epithelium NP69 was detected by Western blot.The expression of Calreticulin in CNE2 cells was detected by Western blot and q RT-PCR.The expression of Calreticulin in CNE2 cells was detected by Western blot and qRT-PCR.The expression of Calreticulin in CNE2 cells was detected by immunohistochemistry.The expression of E-cadherin,Vimentin,TGF-β and MMP-9 in CNE2 cells was detected by Western blot.The expression of E-cadherin,TGF-β and MMP-9in CNE2 cells was detected by Western blot.The expression of Calreticulin decreased the migration of CNE2 cells With the ability to attack.[Results] 1,qRT-PCR and Western blot showed that si-CRT could effectively interfere with the expression of Calreticulin in CNE2 cells.(P<0.05).2、The expression of E-cadherin in CNE2 cells was significantly higher than that in CNE2 cells(P <0.05).The expression of E-cadherin in CNE2 cells was significantly higher than that in CNE2 cells(P <0.05)And the expression of Vimentin,MMP-9 and TGF-β protein were significantly decreased(P <0.05).3、The results of migration and invasion of CNE2 cellsshowed that the migration ability of CNE2 cells was significantly decreased after Calreticulin expression(P <0.05).[Conclusion] Calreticulin expression reduces the EMT of nasopharyngeal carcinoma CNE2 cells,and the cell migration and invasion ability decrease.
