The Relationship Between The Hemodynamics Of Splenic Vein And Esophageal Variceal Bleeding

Purpose: Explore the relationship between portal vein and portal vein and splenic vein hemodynamics in patients with liver cirrhosis and esophageal varices bleeding by color Doppler.Method:select 30 cases of normal control,titled group A.besides,select 80 cases of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis.According to the history of esophagus venous,80 cases of liver cirrhosis patients with esophageal varices are divided into two groups:non bleeding group(NEVB),group B;(EVB)hemorrhage group,group C.Using the color Doppler ultrasound to scan of Chamen vein diameter(PVD),mean blood flow velocity PVVmeam,blood flow(PVQ),splenic vein diameter(SVD),mean blood flow velocity SVVmeam,blood flow(SVQ),spleen vein blood flow and portal vein blood flow ratio(SVQ / PVQ),compare and analyse the datas of the portal vein and splenic vein.Results:(1)the liver cirrhosis group of portal vein diameter,mean blood flow velocity,blood flow,diameter of splenic vein,average blood flow velocity,blood flow,spleen vein blood flow and portal vein blood flow is significantly higher than that of normal control group.The mean brood flow velocity of hepatic cirrhosis portal vein and Splenic vein is significantly lower than that of normal control group.(2)compared to patients with liver cirrhosis in EVB group and NEVB group,portal vein diameter,mean blood flow velocity and blood flow differences have no statistical significance;and is the ratio of the diameter of splenic vein,average blood flow velocity,blood flow,spleen vein blood flow and portal vein blood flow,there is significant diference between EVB group and NEVB group.Conclusion: The occurrence of EVB probably has close relationship with the hemodynamics of splenic vein.Therefore on the base of the proportion of diameter,average brood flow velocity,brood flow,brood flow of portal,we could better forecast the burst and bleeding of esophagus.
