purposeThrough the analysis of the etiology, clinical manifestation and imaging features of patients with cerebral venous thrombosis in our hospital,we can improve the clinicians' understanding of CVST clinical features and imaging, early diagnosis and early treatment, and improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.MethodThe clinical data of 25 patients with CVT were retrospectively analyzed, including gender, age, etiology, pathogenesis, main symptoms and signs, cerebrospinal fluid and related laboratory indicators, imaging findings, treatment and prognosis.Result1.This group of patients aged 22 to 56 years old,of which the average age of 37 years, one of the highest incidence of 20-45 years old,80%?The ratio of male to female is: 1.08: 1.In this group of 18 patients(72%)can find the exact cause.the infection factors in 4 cases(1 case of intracranial infection, mastoid inflammation in 1 case,1 case of pulmonary infection, hepatitis B HBeAg 1 case),non-infectious factors 14(56%),3 cases(12%)of puerperium,2 cases of operation(cerebral hemorrhage surgery, leg thrombosis),1 case of trauma(head trauma),2 cases of hyperhomocysteinemia, unknown 2 cases of thrombosis,1 case of erythrocytosis,1 case of thrombocytopenia,1 case of menstrual period plus dermatitis,1 case of long-term oral bromocriptine(pituitary tumor),1 case of autoimmune disease,1 case of hyperthyroidism, etiology Unknown 7 cases(28%).3.There were 11 cases(44%)of acute exacerbation in this group,12 cases(48%)of subacute onset and 2 cases(8%)of chronic onset. The main manifestations were headache(88%),nausea and vomiting in 9 cases(28%),limb movement disorder in 5 cases(20%),4 cases(16%)of sensory disturbance,2 cases(8%)of speech disorder,2 cases of symptomatic epilepsy,2 cases(8%)of disturbance of consciousness,2 cases(8%)of visual loss,1 case(4%)of cognitive impairment,1 case of psychiatric symptoms,1 case(4%)of eye movement disorder.4.This group mainly involved sinusoids in the left transverse sinus-sigmoid sinus in 14 cases(56%),right transverse sinus-sigmoid sinus in 14 cases(56%),followed by epicondylar sinus in 12 cases(48%)?The group has 22 cases involving involving two and more than two venous sinus.Imaging manifestations of cerebral venous and / or venous sinus thrombosis or occlusion(100%),indirect expression of brain tissue swelling in 4 cases(16%),subarachnoid hemorrhage in 2 cases, new venous infarction in 9 cases(36%),including 5 cases(20%)of unilateral infarction,4 cases(16%)of bilateral infarction,5 cases(20%)of newly issued bloody infarction.5.The main treatment is through anticoagulation to etiological treatment, while dehydration will be intracranial pressure,anti-infection,antiepileptic and other symptomatic treatment,21 patients improved discharge,4 patient had poor prognosis,1 case due to herniation death,2 cases due to hernias were discharged,1 case Discharge is still accompanied by disturbance of consciousness.in conclusion1.Most of the patients with CVST were young.the etiology is complicated, and the most common factors were non-infections.2.Most patients with CVST had cute or subacute onsets, and the clinical manifestations varied according to the etiologies and lesions, such as headache, nausea and vomiting and focal neurological deficits.3.The vast majority of patients involving 2 or more venous sinus, the most common lesions were transverse sinus and sigmoid sinus, and MRI+MRV was the first choice for diagnosis of CVST.4 anticoagulant therapy is a safe and effective treatment of CVST.for poor prognosis of patients, the more timely and effective intervention and treatment is very important.
