Objective:Observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on coagulation function and tissue perfusion in SD rat acute traumatic coagulation model.Provide basic theoretical reference for clinical first aid.method:Experimental SD rats were completely randomized into two groups.Experiment one: 50 SD rats randomly selected 5 control groups(C group),hyperbaric oxygen treatment group 5(CH group),traumatic shock group 20(T group),traumatic shock treated by hyperbaric oxygen Group 20(TH group). The CH group and the TH group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen for 1 hour.At the same time, both the T group and the TH group were allowed to maintain a certain systolic blood pressure after the successful model creation. The fistula group was divided into 4 subgroups according to the systolic blood pressure: 50mmHg(T50,TH50);60mmHg(T60,TH60);70mmHg(T70,TH70);80mmHg(T80,TH80).After each group maintained blood pressure for 60 minutes, blood was collected from each group and blood lactic acid, remaining alkali, central venous oxygen saturation, platelet aggregation function, coagulation function, and thrombelastogram results were measured. Then perform data analysis to find the minimum blood pressure for maintaining basic functions of important organs.Experiment tow: Twenty SD rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group and hyperbaric oxygen pretreatment group(hyperbaric oxygenation was performed 24 hours before trauma, twice daily for two consecutive days).Traumatic shock models were established in both groups.Thromboelastography was used as a diagnostic tool for acute traumatic coagulopathy to calculate the incidence and survival rate of acute traumatic coagulopathy at 3hours and 6 hours. The statistical analysis of each test result uses variance analysis, and the pairwise comparison uses the SNK method to perform the q test.result:1.There was no statistical difference between the test results of group C and group CH(P>0.05).2.Tissue perfusion index: Compared with group C,group T had higher blood lactate and alkali residuals than group C(P<0.05),and central venous oxygen saturation was lower than that of group C(P<0.05).Under the same blood pressure level, there was no significant difference in TH50 and T50 tissue perfusion parameters(P>0.05),but in 60 mm Hg,70 mmHg,80mmHg,T group and TH group, compared with TH group, blood lactic acid and alkali residue in TH group were lower than T.In the group(P<0.05),central venous oxygen saturation was higher than in group T(P<0.05).3.Coagulation related indicators: Compared with T50,there was no significant difference in platelet aggregation function,PT,APTT and TEG test results(P>0.05).The platelet aggregation function of TH group was higher than that of T group in60 mmHg,70mmHg,and 80 mmHg groups, and the PT and APTT were lower than T group(P<0.05).The R value of the TH group were shorter than those of the T group, while the MA value and the ankle angle were increased(P<0.05).The incidence and mortality of ATC in rats after pretreatment with hyperbaric oxygen were lower than those in the control group at 6 hours and 12 hours(P<0.05).
