Study On Expression Of Serum Tumor Associated Material In Healthy People And Patients Of Tumor And Acute Leukemia

Objectives:1.To investigate the serum tumor associated material(TAM)content in the blood of the normal physical examination in different healthy populations.2.To observe the serum tumor associated material(TAM)content in patients' blood serum with malignant tumor,compare the TAM and pepsinogen(PG)in Gastric cancer patients,and analyze the clinical value of the TAM in Gastric cancer patients.3.To study correlation among the serum tumor associated material(TAM)in acute leukemia examination and blood routine substance as well as other routine indexes,and analyze the diagnosis value of TAM.Methods:1.To choose normal medical examination group from The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University,detect TAM content chemically 1600 smokers and non-smokers,men and women,process the results statistically through the living habits as well as the sex,age group,and to observe the TAM distribution characteristics in the blood in normal population.2.To choose 160 patients with malignant tumor pathologically diagnosed in The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University,and then select 80 cases of normal medical physical examination data with ages in The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University by grouping into tumor group 1,tumor group 2 and normal control group,to explore serum tumor related substance(TAM)level with all groups and study TAM measurements with three groups and their positive rate comparison.3.To choose 80 patients with diagnosis of gastric cancer and 80 patients with normal physical examination among 160 cases of the researchers from The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University,take patients' venous blood and use the serum to determine the content of PGI & PGII,calculate clearly the ratio of PGI & PGII,test TAM content in serum,and analyze whether there is a connection between PGI & PGII,two conventional substances in serum and tumor specific serum TAM.4.To choose 320 cases of acute leukemia patients from The First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University for research,and to select 160 patients of normal physical examination as the normal group,to observe blood routine indexes between groups by white blood cell average,red blood cells average,hemoglobin concentration range,the hemoglobin concentration average,platelet average,WT1 positive expression rate before and after chemotherapy,primitive bone marrow cells average,WT1/ABL1 averages and the relationship between the TAM and tumor related substance.Results:1.To conclude from observation on the study results that compared with normal group,TAM levels among the smokers is slightly higher than other non-smokers,and TAM levels of older is slightly higher than young people.2.TAM levels and positive rate in the blood contrasted in tumor patients group are higher than normal physical examination group.There is significant difference between groups' comparison.The groups' data has significant difference respectively.3.To conclude from observation on the study results that compared with normal group,the TAM level in gastric cancer patients increased and their PG I & PG II content in serum,the ratio of PG I & PG II significantly decreased.There is significant difference with statistical significance between the pure comparisons of PG I & PG II content and comparison between sensitivity of TAM joint detection and the simple detection.4.There is a bigger difference between white blood cell average,hemoglobin concentration range,the hemoglobin concentration average,platelet average,each WT1 positive expression rate,primitive bone marrow cells average,WT1/ABL1 average,TAM content before and after chemotherapy(p< 0.05)in the experimental groups.There is a correlation between TAM and the blood routine indexes above and the related indicators of the bone marrow.Conclusions:1.TAM to detect the normal check-up index of human body is nonspecific.It is not recommended to be a tumor diagnosis program for normal population.2.The results indicates that TAM index in serum significantly increased among the patients with malignant tumor,which proves that the TAM detection in the process of cancer development is significantly sensitive.TAM detection is one of the basis of disease surveillance and curative effect judgement of tumor patients.3.The expression level and positive rate of TAM were similar with WT1 in patients with acute leukemia before induction therapy and after complete remission.The TAM content with WT1 detection,Blood cell analysis,Proportion of bone marrow primordial cells,and so on,are the indicators monitoring the judgement of curative effect and relapse of leukemia.
